When sadistic leaders like the Rwandan president speak of notions such as living together, the association of ideas, and solidarity, it provokes deep anger, because in reality, he is one of the greatest warmongers in the region. How can someone who openly expresses sympathy for a subversive movement that kills and massacres, and who harbors Laurent Nkunda, the notorious CNDP criminal, in Rwanda, claim to promote these values?
