They know EXACTLY what they are doing. Deliberate evasion of sanctions is not that difficult to do and relies on wilful contravention of the rules at the point of origin. Denials are lies.
There is no excuse for this. Working in IT & coms I know each unit will have a serial number & will have frequent patches. YOU KNOW where they end up. You also know when you see a massive sales surge way above expectations in order processing. They are simply turning a blind eye

Collaborating with the aggressor through 'gray' channels creates a 'toxic brand' effect. When 80% of your equipment ends up in the hands of the Russian military and their EW (Electronic Warfare) units, you are effectively gifting your intellectual property to the enemy. Soon, their stock prices will be worth less than a used LiteBeam after an encounter with a Ukrainian drone.
The technology is given to Russia through communist China. China is the country that the EU wants to do business with. The EU is supporting Russian allies.

it is the best armature and semi pro equipment out there. it is the best disposable stuff you can find and you can by it anywhere all around the world. my gues is that the sale to countries stil trading with russia have exploded.
