Unveiling the plans later, the Prime Minister will say the nuclear-armed vessels will keep "Britain safe for decades". The Government is expected to accept the 62 recommendations of the review but doubts have been cast over Labour's commitment to raise defence spending to 3% of GDP by 2034. Richard Gaisford has more.
