I remember meeting sqn ldr Mark Long at RIAT 2016 as a cadet when he was the typhoon display pilot. Lovely guy and had the time to speak to everyone who approached him. We traded patches for his impressive display patch for my (not so impressive) corporal rank slide. R.I.P sir.
