🚨BARON COLEMAN JUST TORCHED Erika Kirk & Blake Neff for flagrantly VIOLATING their Gag Order! Baron doesn't just talk! No, he demolishes Blake Neff. ✅Locks in Erika & Blake's gag order. ✅Applies rule 3.6 applies to THEM. ✅Drops UNDENIABLE VIDEO EVIDENCE of Blake doing it on camera. Rule 3.6 would typically only apply to lawyers. However, in light of the unprecedented gag order effecting 3,000 "witnesses" a Clarification Ruling was needed. In this Clarification Ruling, Judge Graf granted the state's motion and offered the following clarification: "The word "witness" as used in the order applies to all witnesses who are part of the prosecution and defense teams. This includes any witness, including lay witnesses, whom the prosecution or defense has a good faith belief will be called to testify at a hearing or trial." The ruling also "requires the attorneys to inform witnesses about the prohibitions". So, what is Utah SCRP Rule 3-3.6 and how does it apply to Blake & Erika? "[5] There are, on the other hand, certain subjects that are more likely than not to have a material prejudicial effect on a proceeding, particularly when they refer to a civil matter triable to a jury, a criminal matter or any other proceeding that could result in incarceration. These subjects relate to: (i) the character, credibility, reputation or criminal record of a party, suspect in a criminal investigation or witness, or the identity of a witness, or the expected testimony of a party or witness;" (ii) in a criminal case or proceeding that could result in incarceration, the possibility of a plea of guilty to the offense or the existence or contents of any confession, admission or statement given by a defendant or suspect or that person's refusal or failure to make a statement; (iii) the performance or results of any examination or test or the refusal or failure of a person to submit to an examination or test, or the identity or nature of physical evidence expected to be presented; (iv) any opinion as to the guilt or innocence of a defendant or suspect in a criminal case or proceeding that could result in incarceration; (v) information that the lawyer knows or reasonably should know is likely to be inadmissible as evidence in a trial and that would, if disclosed, create a substantial risk of prejudicing an impartial trial; or (vi) the fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime, unless there is included therein a statement explaining that the charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty." Blake?! Erika?! "I FORGIVE HIM"?! How many other times did Blake and Erika both violate Judge Tony Graf's lawful, ENFORCEABLE court order? The clip cuts off the best part: Baron’s forward-looking take at the end. A rare look inside the mindset potentially shaping TPUSA’s moves right now! In my humble opinion, Baron’s analysis is more FACT than opinion. The full show is non-stop destruction, packed wall-to-wall with receipts. DO NOT MISS IT. Baron Coleman's full episode linked in the comments.👇 What’s your take — Did Blake & Erika violate the order?
