Nuno Santo was generally in agreement with the decision to rule out West Ham’s equaliser but couldn’t help but declare his anger towards VAR as a whole: "Everybody is confused. It’s up to the referees to try and dictate what is a foul, what is allowed, what isn’t allowed, because it seems like the rules have changed. Everybody feels confused and frustrated. The players don’t understand it." 😤
