how long did it take you to learn rigging? and how long did it take you to rig this model specifically? I want to learn how to rig but seeing this slightly terrifies me... 😭

Giving a time in how long did I learn is difficult cause I’m still learning. But my first “decent quality” rig was done in under two months of learning (I became quite obsessed with Live2D lol) This one rig took me around 120 hours, but she has 2 outfits, 2 hairstyles, sitting toggle, lean and chibification so quite a lot going on xD

I learned with free youtube videos, twitter tutorials and my own curiosity at pressing buttons 😂 Also this model was around 800-900 layers so don't worry, yours won't be this crazy!

It will eventually I have so much to add to my own model lol 😂😂😂 But ya I was watching the videos and it is so complicated. Thats why I am just gonna fiddle around with it.

I learned it a while ago and I'm still learning, but that many layers is on an absurd level...geez Btw.. learned to rig because this broke girl can't afford to commission so u right. Not everyone has it in em to obsess over learning a bunch of software.
