👏 Congratulations to Bronson Reed on bettering himself and getting into even better shape. In my opinion, that will only help prolong his career and make him better than he’s ever been. What’s interesting is how often pro wrestlers get criticized no matter what they do. Mason Rook gets attacked for how he looks. CM Punk gets attacked for how he looks. Bronson Reed gets attacked for how he looks. Maybe the problem isn’t the pro wrestlers. Maybe the problem is the person constantly critiquing the pro wrestler. Happiness is a choice. I always loved wrestling with Seth Rollins. We’ve wrestled many, many times, and he’s taken hundreds of back body drops from me over the years. There’s a reason not a lot of guys do that move or take it well. It takes precise timing, trust, and real chemistry. Seth was always willing and even eager to take that bump, trusting me to deliver it safely and effectively. It’s an aggressive bump no matter what, but we were always able to get serious height and make the crowd react to something as simple as a back body drop. That’s a special thing in this business. I’m very grateful for Seth, his love for the business, and for putting his body on the line time and time again. I tossed him around like a rag doll plenty of times, and he never backed down. Much respect. And that’s the last bite. Feed me more!

If you didn’t want your favorite movie or television series spoiled, you’d simply sit back, watch, and enjoy the experience as it unfolds. Roman Reigns has always been one of the most respectful, professional people I’ve known in this business. He’s a family man and someone who’s done a lot of good for a lot of people. WWE and UFC are under the same company. If one of the biggest stars in WWE is invited to a major UFC event, it shouldn’t surprise any of us that he’d attend. Going to an event doesn’t suddenly define someone’s character or mean we know everything they believe. The bigger issue is how quickly we’ve become to judge and tear each other down over things that have nothing to do with how we treat people. There’s already enough negativity in the world without adding to it. Happiness is a choice. The more we focus on becoming better ourselves instead of criticizing every decision someone else makes, the better our own lives become. Sometimes the biggest changes begin when we look in the mirror instead of looking for someone else to blame. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

If you forced me to pick my top three matches ever, even though I had many, this is the list 👇 Number three My first main event ever. Myself vs CM Punk inside WWE Hell in a Cell for the WWE Championship. That match changed everything for me. Number two Myself and Team Hell No Daniel Bryan and Kane vs The Shield Seth Rollins Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns in their debut match. A TLC match that was given five stars and is regarded as one of the greatest TLC matches of all time. Number one Myself vs John Cena for the WWE Championship in Chicago Illinois at Allstate Arena. I drove John through the LED Titantron board. He was stretchered out and taken away in an ambulance. I got back to my feet, but it was still ruled a tie. Honorable mention Myself vs CM Punk in another TLC match, including the TLC match we had on Raw. The majority of that match was done on the fly with very little actually planned, which makes it even more special to me. Those are my picks if you make me choose. And that’s the last bite. My run with Curtis Axel, Joe Hennig, as RybAxel was one of the most interesting periods of my WWE career. We were used constantly, booked on every house show, wrestled for the WWE Tag Team Championships on multiple occasions, main evented parts of a European tour against The Shield alongside Randy Orton, and even got a two-pack action figure together, which I’m actually very proud of. While it wasn’t a time when I was featured as heavily as I had been before or would be afterward, it was one of the most enjoyable runs of my career. Working with Joe was easy. The chemistry was real, and I genuinely believe our backstage vignettes were some of the best promo work either of us ever did. Unfortunately, much of that material never reached the audience the way it would today. This was before WWE heavily utilized social media, and a lot of our content lived on rather than television. To this day, I believe the RybAxel breakup is one of the greatest tag team breakups most fans never saw. Joe Hennig is a great man and a great father to his three boys. None of us are perfect, and we all make mistakes in life. I’m not condoning poor decisions, but I thank God nobody was injured or killed. My hope is that this becomes a setback that ultimately propels Joe forward to continue learning, growing, and becoming an even better version of himself.
