If you don’t support these reforms, don’t complain next time about why we are not a developed nation.

Why are you asking us for a roadmap? We will not get Article 370 back from this government. Let the government change, then we will talk about a roadmap: Omar Abdullah told BBC Hindi

Sometimes, we Ghanaians are our own worst enemies How do you stand in the rain and deliberately dump rubbish into a gutter, then turn around to complain about flooding? This level of irresponsibility is exactly why we keep facing the same preventable disasters year after year Until some people change this mindset, the flood problem will remain with us

Bengaluru footpaths are awful. Meanwhile, Shenzhen takes action. Citizens complain, infra improves. Where is this efficiency in Bengaluru? Why is India pedestrian-unfriendly? Why can't things be fixed at scale?

We are not going to sit around and normalize the things Donald Trump and his Administration are doing. Because the things he’s doing are not normal and, in many cases, are not legal. That’s why he’s losing in the courts, in Congress, and in our communities.

If we don't protect our country, culture, and values then we will lose them. We should not be sorry about defending those things. Not all cultures are the same. Not all values are the same. We need to make sure that we defend our way of life unapologetically.

If the fake news wants to write lies about us, or critics want to complain about the way we operate, because we stand up for ourselves and other victims, because we advocate for justice and truth, then let them. We will not apologize for having a backbone and we won't be silenced by those who mistake our strength for controversy.

Why do our cities look dirty, with garbage everywhere? Here, a child is showing a banner about the penalty for littering, but his parents ignore it. The same parents will later complain on social media and blame the authorities for not keeping our cities clean. We often complain, but we don't take responsibility ourselves but expect others to do so. We drive on the wrong side of the road and then complain about drivers who do the same. We throw garbage and then complain about unhygienic conditions. This is a result of social norms. We tend to do what others are doing, and the police cannot catch everyone, giving people an unfair advantage. This mentality trickles up the ladder, and nobody takes responsibility, leading to the mess we see in our cities. Our airports are clean because no one throws garbage there, and there is a positive demonstration of social norms. A few good people are not enough to change society.

Why do councils employ these people ? I always find it hilarious that people who go around wearing bodycams then complain about being filmed.
