It's a very large thing. Even innovation sometimes is not an aha. It's a lot of little things added on top of each other. The iPhone was 3G. You know, the glass, the semiconductors, the batteries. It wasn't one thing that created an iPhone. So learn, learn, learn. Treat people the way you want to be treated. You know, like have respect for people and be willing to change your job a little bit. Don't worry about your income level. You know people focus. Oh my god. I take that job I love the people but it's less money. Y ou know what sometimes it's the absolute right thing to do So be a little bit of flexible and the job you take and try you know in your in your lifetime. You should be prepared to do a bunch of different things. We tell people it's your job to take care of your mind, your body, your spirit, your soul, your friends, your family. You know, if you're a male who just had a bunch of babies, you know, maybe you can't play golf every day in the weekends. Maybe you got to just cut back on other things and focus on that. You can't give kids, for example, quality time only. You don't get the quality without quantity. And I tell people, so you have to arrange your life so it works for you in a way that you're taking care of your health. When I go travel overseas, I schedule exercise time. Management is get it done, follow up, discipline, planning, analysis, facts, facts, facts, analysis, get the right people in the room. You know, kill the bureaucracy, all these various things are going to get done, which if you don't, you won't be particularly good. But the real keys to leadership aren't just doing that or making sure it's done, but having people who want to work at the place. So you might want to work for me if you trust me. If you know what I care about is the client, the country, something different. If the person's selfish, you know, blames you and takes the credit, you're not going to want to work there. So to me, humility openness, fairness, being authentic, that's what creates leadership. Not that they're the smartest person in the room or the hardest working person in the room. And you can, you know, if you made a list of good CEOs, it's not their charisma, it's not always their brainpower, but you won't be a good CEO without that because people want to work there. And so to me, that is a whole different way of making sure you manage it."

I don't know what our individual lives are like outside the concert venue because I've never seen that. But you all seem people who can do anything. And you always show that at our concerts. That's how trust builds with between us. But honestly, you do all really sing well. Even better than us at times. We try our best with harmonies and all. But like what you during the fanmeeting*, you pull everything together and leave people amazed. That's just how it is. Just the fact that it keeps coming back in conversations says something, right? I think so too and I felt it back then. It was so touching. If something can move me to tears, and I'm someone who makes music, I'm a singer... but the fact that you made me feel that way, that's saying something. And I'm someone who sings for a living. I have such high standards but you were able to touch my heart like that, then I think it would be the same for anyone watching. The emotions really come through. And I think that's ultimately the most important thing. *

To My Day. 🐻: But really as I always say, the reason our concerts can be so fun is really because of you! I'm not just saying this~ When people come to our shows, the friends and family we've invited always say the same thing. I mean sure they say our songs are good or that we sing well but those are kind of like extra factors. They always tell me "Your fans are insane!" Your energy and the atmosphere we create together is honestly what makes the concerts so fun and makes people want to come! Like, anxiety is make-believe. It's not real. My brain thinks it's real, but it's not. So, I was crying. I was sad. But you know what was actually making me more sad and crying? A lot of people thought it was out of pure terror. It was remembering a lot of the things that I haven't done. A lot of the family I haven't visited because of my fear of travel."

🍀 "how do you overcome times when your willpower drops?" 🐻 "when willpower drops, just live with it dropped. just let it flow. and then, at some point, someday you'll have the strength to do it again. but i think the most important thing at that time is to completely empty your mind of any desire to do something. like, 'i don't want to do it right now. i'm not going to do it.' if you can cleanly say that, that's great. but if there's even a little bit of, 'i should be doing it, so why am i not doing it?' in your mind, then it's better to just go ahead and do it. but in the end, when your willpower is down, you can't do it anyway. so in the end, i think it's good to take care of your own feelings. that's how i overcame it."
