Should have drug his ass over to the fryer and had him bob for French fries

🤣🤣

Public service announcement for women and other minorities: When the bad guy is getting beat down, stay out of it!

Best advice ever

I wouldn’t fire those employees because they were willing to protect others

His bald boyfriend tried to save him

Why do people stop people defending themselves but don’t stop the attacker? That pisses me the hell off!

What actually happened (based on police reports and local news coverage): - The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the Dairy Queen on West Eighth Street. - A customer (later identified as James Wicker, age 52–61 depending on the report, from Wellsville, Ohio) became upset over an incorrect or delayed food order (reports mention a shift change causing a wait, and/or an incorrect order). - He argued with staff, then went behind the counter (an employee-only area) and punched a female employee (named Rian Wehrhan in interviews) in the face/jaw. - She tried to de-escalate at first but got hit anyway. The injury caused swelling and bruising (she later spoke to local news about it, saying "It's just another day" but noting the bruise would be big). - Almost immediately, a male co-worker intervened aggressively: he rushed over, struck the customer (reportedly punching him in the back of the head/face), and then physically took him down/tackled/restrained him in the kitchen area, essentially rag-dolling him before others pulled them apart. - The attacker fled the scene initially, but police released his description/photo publicly → he was quickly identified and arrested on assault charges.

karma hit him hard then

It actually did, and at the best time too.

I'da put him in the deep fryer.

Aint nothing on the DQ menu that good to be swinging on somebody for. 🤣

PRO TIP: If you go behind the counter at any business, not only are you trespassing, but the workers, especially if you put hands on them, have a right to deal with you any way they see fit.

I worked in restaurants as a teen. If a customer would have barged in the kitchen and attacked us the entire kitchen staff would have issued a world class beatdown. The manager would probably have also jumped in.

The woman in the blue short-sleeved T-shirt didn’t stand up for her own employee — instead, she dragged away the colleague who was defending a coworker. It’s absolutely disgraceful. She has no sense of right and wrong whatsoever.

should’ve given him a swirlie in the deep fryer

that escalated way too fast

@kayladavies56 Wayyyyyy too fast😭😭

Screaming woman inserts herself, helps the attacker. She should be charged for that.

Stupid blue shirt should have got a punch in the nose.

Nerd in the blue shirt should be slapped. Getcho goofy ass out the way. First employee did the right thing and dipped. After that it’s time to tee that man up

I do NOT give a fuck who you THINK you are. You don’t put your hands on a child. PERIOD. Let it be MY child. You gon wish you hadn’t.

Two 16-year-olds beat the crap out of that grown man! They should make him clean up the mess he made!

Bro in the back jumped on that chokehold😭

Man, little guy with the monster head lock - dude was about to get choked out

Savages

Cletus got packed by an emo teen and a they/them

The rule should be: if you can't afford to keep an armed guard in your fast-food restaurant, then close it up. This is getting ridiculous.

They was like, “Bitch this may not be Waffle House, but don’t get it twisted. You can still catch these hands”

Normalize not breaking up a fight where the person deserving the beating is getting a beating.

they seen them waffle house videos in orientation 🫡

Yet another cracker attacking teenagers

Bro would've died at waffle house, he got off light

The minute you cross that line and go back there, all bets are off and you are putting your life on the line.

Fast Food or actual restaurant... The last person I would want to fight is a stressed out line cook on his 5 redbull, 10th cigarette, and 3rd line of coke.

Why do people stop people defending themselves but don’t stop the attacker? That pisses me the hell off!

That kitchen was serving food and az whoopin's

This is how coworkers have your back in a positive workplace and not the “we’re a family here” toxic bullshit.
