[ENG SUB] How Are You Feeling? EP.3 — #JimmySea 💜🩵 JIMMYSEA HOW ARE YOU #jimmyyjp #sea_tawinan #HowAreYouFeeling JimmySea sits down for a raw, heart-to-heart conversation with P’Ja and P’Tong (Psychologist). This episode touches on: 🤍 Reflections after the Fancon 🤍 Jimmy’s perfectionist mindset 🤍 Sea’s trust issues 🤍 Jimmy’s PTSD 🤍 Sea’s secret artwork 🤍 Personality differences 🤍 The balance between Eagle and Mouse 🤍 How well they understand each other 🤍 Feelings they want to share A space filled with sincerity, vulnerability, and quiet comfort. —— my New Year’s gift for you all 💝🥰 I found myself crying again while working on this episode. 😭 I’m really thankful that P’Ja invited JS again to her new show. Thanks to her, we were able to hear such raw, vulnerable, and sincere thoughts from them. Learned more about them, both as individuals and as a pair. 💜🩵 It’s another hour-long video that I finally managed to sub successfully. Yay!! 🥳 Proud of myself! 😁 For deep-talk videos like this, the process is especially time-consuming, just 5 minutes of it can take nearly an hour to translate, type, edit, and properly research. After that comes QC for the entire video. On top of that, the subbing app didn’t cooperate and frustrated me so much. 😭 Some thought it could be released in just a couple of days, but I was also working a full-time job, so I didn’t have many hours each day to work on it. There were nights I was so exhausted that I fell asleep with my iPad literally on my face. 😅 I’m doing this purely out of love for JS, and as a way to unwind and relieve stress after work, not to stress myself out even more lol. So pls be patient next time and try not to ask me when. 🥹 Thank you and enjoy! 😊🤍

🤍: Don’t put your mole on the camera! ❤️‍🩹: There’s another one, see? 🤍: Don’t come close, it’ll feel like a couple talking. 🤍: Everyone, my tears are coming out a bit because it’s so funny. 🤍: Do you want me to tell you how I fell off the stage? 🤍: Yeah, before bed, before I send you all to sleep. 🤍: So, okay, I’ll make my face big (full screen). 🤍: So… please don’t laugh too much, just a little bit is enough. 🤍: We know each other’s secrets now. 🤍: Come on! The situation was like this… yeah… 🤍: It was when I was going to do the sound check. 🤍: And the stage… those who have been to this stage, Milk and Love have probably been there. 🤍: You already know, it’s a stage in a stadium. 🤍: Which was like, built up, set up, right? 🤍: And it was during rehearsal, they said, Okay, let’s try a real entrance. 🤍: Let’s try the timing and all that, right? 🤍: Normally we would come up from under the stage, but I walked from the back. 🤍: Suppose this is the stage, right? This is the stage, this is the chair. 🤍: I walked to the front, the side of the stage is right here. 🤍: So, we rehearsed once, then they said, “Okay, let’s try one more time.” 🤍: Okay, suppose… suppose this is the stage, facing the audience. 🤍: I’m on this side. ❤️‍🩹: Yeah, we enter from different sides. 🤍: And I was waiting, right here, by my watch, it was a black curtain, just a curtain. 🤍: I thought this side was also a curtain, and then they turned off the lights. 🤍: And I didn’t have any makeup on, so I was like, Hey, can I borrow your glasses? They’re going to take photos. 🤍: I was like, Let me wear sunglasses.Well, wearing sunglasses, it’s already dark. 🤍: And when the lights went out, I couldn’t see anything at all! 🤍: But I could sense there was a curtain next to me, and I felt like, Ooh, I’ll go hide behind the curtain. 🤍: So it would feel like a surprise entrance, and I would walk out like “Hey!” like that. 🤍: The song , “Hey!”, that used to sing, “Shall we start?”, the one from Girl Rules First EP 🤍: I was getting ready to “Hey!”, like “Hey, hey, hey” in there, practicing the “Hey”, because it takes a while for the music to hit “Hey!” 🤍: I stepped behind the curtain, and I went “Hey!” (screams/falls). 🤍: Everyone thought I was joking because it happened right at the same moment I said “Hey”. ❤️‍🩹: No, I didn’t think you were joking, but I didn’t know what happened. 🤍 I thought you were just warming up your voice, like “Hey!” 🩷 high note, high note. #GirlRulesSeriesEP5 #NamtanFilm #น้ำตาลฟิล์ม Trans (disc)

Outing updates from Sea 🩵 FOOTBALL VIBES WITH SEA #sea_tawinan #GMMTVOuting2026 💬: How was the outing? 🩵: The outing was a lot of fun. It was enjoyable, and I felt like it had that same family vibe as always. 💬: Were there any surprises? 🩵: I actually didn’t even know where we were going. Nobody told me. They only told us when we had already arrived, so that was when I found out too. 💬: The theme was “M.” 🩵: M (ม). I didn’t prepare anything. I left it to Hia Force. He’s really into themes, so he prepared his own stuff. 💬: Did he tell you what it was going to be like? 🩵: Not really. I think we just wrote the gang’s name or something like that, then wore matching shirts and took photos together. 💬: Was there any hidden meaning or message behind it? Any symbolism? 🩵: No, none at all. It was more of a Gang “Chaos” kind of vibe. 💬: Did you see anyone who was the MVP? 🩵: Not really. I think everyone was an MVP. Everyone had fun. 🩵: The outfit that stood out the most? Definitely Fot, Satang, andPhuwin. Those three really caught my eye. The Kamen Rider costume was the most eye-catching for sure. 💬: What time did you get back? Everyone’s been updating that they stayed until around 5 or 6AM. 🩵: Me? I went to sleep around 1 AM, maybe 1 or 2 AM. I just couldn’t keep going anymore. I’d been tired all day because I woke up early in the morning, and they dragged us into activities all day long. By evening I was completely wiped out, so I went to bed. 💬: About Force looking for you… 🩵: Honestly, P’, I called him and said, “Hey, P’, I’m on the second floor. Let’s eat together.” So I sat there waiting. I was picking at a fish dish and ended up eating the whole fish while waiting. I kept wondering, “Where did he go?” and he still never showed up. Then later that night, he called me and was like, “Hey, are you mad at me or something? You just disappeared. P’ was waiting for you on the second floor.” And I told him, “Yeah, I was on the second floor too!” The problem was that we were on opposite sides. Same restaurant, same place. 💬: You wanna say anything to him? 🩵: Hia, we were just on different sides krub. Different sides. 😄😄

If 4yrs of being a biohacking guinea pig led me to this day. I’d do it 10X over. After 15yrs of being told I needed rotator cuff surgery, the pain is gone through this unexpected procedure. No surgery. @drjgandhi changed everything: He never promised to fix my shoulder. He simply showed me what was happening in my body by examining my teeth. What he removed from my jaw—metal, toxins, hidden issues—was shocking. The result was immediate. That’s not a claim. That’s a FACT from me and me alone. Before the procedure, I did acoustic therapy at @protocal4. After the procedure I did the same exact therapy w 3X the pressure. I’ll let the video speak for itself. Then the additional data came back from the lab on what he pulled out of me. And I was shocked I found out that I have a strain of Lyme disease in my jaw. I’ve been tested for Lyme 5X and it was never found. Also a rare parasite and heavy bacterial load, all found in my jaw. Now I can target exactly what’s in my system to kill. Before this, I would’ve been treating symptoms while the root cause remained. This wasn’t just a procedure, it was a wake-up call. We need more professionals willing to challenge outdated thinking and look at the body as a connected system. If you’re not getting answers, start asking different questions. You have to be your own advocate. Thank you Gary Brecka - Videos, Tips & Lectures (Fan Page) and @sagebrexka for turning Heather John and I on to Dr Gandhi. And thank you Dr Gandhi and all the biological dentist for having the open mind to challenge the way dentistry has been done forever. Take care of yourself. - The Longevity Shark

I stole this startup idea from a video with 453,000 views and 71,000 comments from parents. A dad built a paper YouTube feed for his daughter. She scans a QR code, the video downloads to a local server, plays with zero ads, algorithm, or surprise "just 5 more minutes daddy!" He can set it to power off after a certain number of scans. Screen time with guardrails. Parents lost their minds in the comments. Let's turn that demand into a business you can build this weekend. IRL YouTube for Kids. Simple offers + an add on upsell: 1. Done-for-you kit. $99. 3D printed housing, clicky button, wired up nice. Fun little brand. You open the box and assemble it in 20 minutes. This is the move for parents who want it to just work. 2. Do-it-yourself kit. $49. Shopping list, assembly instructions, 3D print files. You source the parts yourself. Embed Amazon affiliate links in every component so you make money whether they buy the kit or not. + Recurring: layer on a content subscription as the upsell. Curated video picks by age and interest. Nicely designed binder full of scan cards that shows up at your door every month. Nostalgic and tactile. The kind of thing millennial parents didn't know they needed. Give your kids the 90s childhood you want them to have. You already know the content works. You can make this same style video with different hooks and ride the wave. The audience is hungry. Package this puppy up and print some profit. As always, I'm rooting for you.

iKON's relay messages to each other🥹🤍 🐰>🐻: "uh... Chanwoo, I’m always thankful to you for listening to us older brothers so well and following along. yeah, you’ll be the "maknae" for the rest of your life, but I really like that you don’t actually act like one. always scolding us older brothers and "climbing over" (teasing) us like that. thank you. that’s why it’s so funny. thank you" 🐻>🐿: "yunhyeong hyung, i tease you a lot even though you're my hyung, but sincerely, you're a hyung I really like. You are such a genuine, 'real' person. i think our team is able to celebrate our 11th anniversary because we have someone like you. i truly want to say thank you. thankyou" 🐿>🐹: "hmm, our Jinhwan hyung. sometimes, he acts even more like the youngest member than our actual youngest, Chanwoo... uh, not that I’m saying you're cute or anything. but then again, as the backbone of our iKON. Backbone! Always supporting the younger ones... Chap-chu! Backbone! Chap-chu! as the backbone of iKON, thank you for keeping iKON standing straight. i think i relied on you a lot while preparing for this concert. since the concert is coming up soon, let’s have a great time and play hard together" 🐹>🐰: "bobby and i started as trainees together... and i think he was the member i got along with the least. but you know what that means, right? we filled each other’s gaps and learned from one another. since you were such an important person in my life, i'm grateful we could meet like this. I hope we can stay together even when our backs are bent with age. thankyou!"

A$AP Rocky recalls what it was like spending a month in a Swedish jail in 2019. On Tuesday (Jan. 20), Ebro Darden shared a clip of his upcoming full interview with Pretty Flacko. In the clip, Rocky talks about making international news when he was arrested and jailed for assault in Sweden. "Let me break it down," Rocky said. "The cell is about the size of this area here. A little bit smaller. No bathroom. Just a sink and a mirror, a bed, a desk and a little cot. When you need to go to the bathroom, you gotta ask for permission. You ring a bell. Sometimes, they'll leave you in the bathroom for about an hour in the dark, because the light turns off after five minutes." "If you had a shower, they didn't have no towels," Rock continued. "You had to make your own makeshift towels. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't Rikers [Island], but it was inconvenient. It wasn't sweet." The Harlem, N.Y., rapper said he began learning more about his case when it was featured on international news and President Trump started talking about freeing Rocky. "I was honored, but then I was so low," he added. "But when I saw my peers...all agreeing, 'Yo, that ain't right.'...Honestly, Ebro, that sh*t lifted my spirits so crazy that even when I got out, I was still on a high from that." A$AP Rocky and two of his security guards were arrested in July of 2019 for an altercation in Sweden while he was on tour. Rocky spent about 30 days in jail fighting the case, during which President Trump was vocal about getting Rocky free. Rocky went to trial that August and was freed afterward while awaiting the verdict. He was later found guilty but avoided further jail time.

Something is broken in our Uganda Police Force. This State Witness, a full Regional Scene of Crime Officer, showed up in court, took oath, said he had visited a murder scene with a certain police officer, Mary Mbabazi. The defense says he’s lying about having gone to the scene of crime with said police officer and at said time. A video is played showing Mary Mbabazi arriving alone. Police officer recognizes her and says yes, that’s Mary Mbabazi. He’s not anywhere in the video. It’s played for minutes before and after arrival. He confirms he’s nowhere in the video. It’s put to him by Jet John Tumwebaze that he lied. He says he didn’t lie. The video clearly shows he lied. He insists he didn’t lie. Perhaps the video recorder just edited him out. These are the Uganda Police Force officers the state wants to rely on to convict someone for murder. These are the police officers that have filled up our jails to 4 times capacity. Same police officers are being accused of back-dating police forms 17A and submitting forged documents. Police officers filed two PF17As that are alike on everything, down to placement of commas and stamps but one has extra exhibits. The witness is having a difficult time explaining why a carbon copy has different information than the original. Witness says “pens fails sometimes”. The Chief State Prosecutor tries to step in and Mr Tumwebaze, with whom they seem to have no love lost, tells him not to bother helping his (the defense’s case). He says: “why are you helping me with my case, Mr Muwaganya? You help yours. You can’t fail to help yours and help mine”. The man is only serving violence. The Chief State Prosecutor, a very good prosecutor in his own right, looks distraught. The witness battering goes on…It’s a bit painful to watch. #UgandaVsMollyKatanga

to my 7K followers 🥺🩵 i never thought i’d have to write a tweet like this, but here we are. this year has been the worst and most stressful year of my life, and losing my old account honestly broke something in me. back in early april 2025, my life slowly started to feel lighter when i met tian and ziyu through my friends’ gc. they were rumored to be the lead cp of revenged love, and i instantly went through all their content… and became their fan. this fandom and this account ended up meaning so much more than just updates. i worked incredibly hard for this space. i translated the book on wattpad, created alternative pdf/ebook links when it was taken down, shared bts and premium content, and built the tianziyu global community so we could keep going even after revenged love ended. i changed my work schedule to match china’s timezone, fought to get access to chinese platforms, dealt with my accounts getting restricted or deleted multiple times, and kept finding ways to continue updating because i didn’t want this community to disappear. but more than anything… this account helped me survive. while working, fighting breast cancer, and living with bipolar disorder, having this space gave me routine, purpose, and something to hold onto. on days when bd made everything feel too heavy, coming here, talking to you all, sharing updates, it grounded me. it kept me going. losing my old account also meant losing so many of you, and that hurts more than i can explain. so if you recognize me, if we were moots, friends, or just talked sometimes, please find me again. this account isn’t just a fandom account. it’s a safe place, a coping mechanism, and something deeply important to me. thank you for reading, and thank you to anyone who chooses to come back 🤍

260109 dpr ian talking about seonghwa’s Skin in his ig live 🥹🩶 “Have I seen the seonghwa video? Yeah!— fuckin— i love that shit oh my god By the way, speaking of, seonghwa sent me the video too when he dropped it, Skin And I was.. I was mesmerized! I was so blown away like he does it so much better than anyone that i’ve known and anyone that can do that And um I truly think it’s because… You know when I say, if one has like a bit of a mito in them but— you know like… I think the reason why I really resonate with seonghwa is because he has— he shares the same type of expression and darkness that I can relate to? And he transforms it in a way where he can— it really resonates. And you can see that it’s so raw, and it’s so real that… it just hits! Like… you know? And that’s why I like… applaud him you know? Because that is something that you should actually congratulate him on And yknow him getting to even the place he is you know? Like all props to that dude and he’s truly an artist, as I see it he’s really an artist, and um… If you haven’t, go check it out it’s, Seonghwa’s ‘Skin’ And yknow I just— yeah like— dude looks sexy as hell so, yeah **laughs** So you know… how can you not like it you know??? So yeah go please, please check it out and you guys out there, you guys do amazing and I know seonghwa has a lot of— a lot of good, good-hearted fans that support him yknow, when he’s going down and i’m sure there’s a lot of things that he goes through that he probably doesn’t tell you guys or anybody for that fact But um, that being said, ummm— with that being said, yknow I just wanted to thank you guys for just being there for him as well you know? Cos I think he does see these messages and he does— he sees the support, that’s why he’s able to do what he’s doing so… Yknow? This guy took a brand‑new app to #1 overall in the App Store and 1,000,000 downloads in under 3 days. For the FIRST TIME, he breaks down exactly how he did it, and we’re posting the full, RAW conversation right here on X To be clear, this is his first and only podcast on this playbook... And a little more context: this wasn’t luck. Jibran has taken 4 different apps to #1 in the App Store, including one that did $1.5M in 3 days and outranked ChatGPT He did it with a handful of creators, zero paid ads, and a product philosophy that blew my mind Here’s the core of what he taught me: > Your product and your marketing are not two separate things; they're the same thing. > What goes viral on TikTok is product validation. > What you learn from a hit video should change your UI, your App Store screenshots, your icon He ran that loop obsessively.. For his 2025 Wrapped app, he spent hundreds of hours in Figma asking one question: > “How does this look on TikTok?” Then he tracked: 1. What users screenshotted 2. What they shared to Snapchat 3. What slide they dropped off on The result was a #1 overall app in the App Store. Above EVERYTHING. Now he’s building because he realized he was spending hours every day doom‑scrolling TikTok looking for hooks and formats that worked So he built an AI to do it for him: > You tell it your app. > It tells you what to post, what’s trending in your niche, and what’s wrong with your existing videos. We go deep on all of it in this conversation. If you run a consumer app, this is the most useful 49 minutes you’ll spend this week

🚨 horrible conditions of more than 6.000 Sudanese refugees in Kumar, Ethiopia 🇪🇹 ( This morning we woke up to several phone calls on our WhatsApp hotline as usual. But this time it is a number with the country code of Ethiopia. One goes into the guess: what would someone from Ethiopia want from Refugees in Libya? But let’s answer the call! We picked up the call and someone started the conversation in an Arabic tone: “Are you David Yambio?” “Yes, I am” i told him. He goes on to introduce himself and says that they are dying and they need help. But in the meanwhile he asks “will you allow me to turn on my camera to broadcast the situation?” I tell him to wait while I ask immediately another comrade to start filming, because I don’t know what he will show me on a video call or if we will ever get in touch with him or who knows if that is the last drop of his battery 🪫. We dive into the topic, as I ask curious questions about everything possible to foster my understanding of the situation. But the bandwidth is low. I can’t see clearly what is happening, but I see throngs of people and his voice comes in and out. I tell him to rather record a short video of the circumstance and then tell me all details in a voice message via WhatsApp because that is easier in such situations. The network is still dropping and I am so lost, that I haven’t convened the right message and at the same time I wonder if I raised his expectations for a rescue by asking him to record a short video. The call ends and I immediately sent him a voice message, explaining in details what I need to know: the location, what is happening, when did they leave Sudan and who is there helping on the ground, the UNHCR? The government? Charity organisations? I ask for anything that could help us understand the situation and who to target. It is more that two minutes that the message has been delivered, but in my WhatsApp status it indicates that he hasn’t seen the message yet. I am lost and mad because I couldn’t help, I wondered if I will ever hear from him again and if not, what will happen to the thousands of people that I saw in that video call? I went out to get some fruits for breakfast but every minute I check my phone as messages pop up but none is from that stranger from Ethiopia. in between, I receive two calls from Libya but I tell them that I will call them in a few minutes, because in my head I am hoping that the person stuck in a desperate situation in Ethiopia will call and he would find the line busy? I did the shopping and immediately went home, but I can’t sit or start my breakfast as I move up and down in my room. I ask my comrade “what if the person doesn’t call back? How do we reach him? What do they want from Refugees in Libya? What if they send us the video we requested for, what will we do with it?” “We can ring an alarm 🚨?” I asked while feeling disappointed. A few more minutes passed and messages started to pop in: desperate faces, many more hundreds in one picture, signposts and banners about the situation at Kumar camp in Ethiopia ( In the pictures are persons wearing jackets with the UNHCR logo and I immediately tell myself that at least they will be helped. I insist for a video, because for me it would be easier to understand what is happening. He tells me, “be patient because our network is slow and the video is loading”. Finally after 6 minutes, the video arrives and I am shocked. But what do I tell him: a “thank you”? “I will do something about your situation?” “I will report about it?” I found out that in my head was this tag of war between choices and approaches to such miserable conditions. 1/3

【📢IGLive: อันโดรเมด้า ชุน 】 #จุงอาเชน #JoongArchen (( smile more na my puppy! )) : can you give us another sweet smile? 🌞: honestly i haven’t smiled like this in a long time. lately… how should i put it…my face has mostly been like this. my eyes have been like this too. i just feel kind of… floaty. like my energy has been really low. if full energy is 10/10 then mine has probably been around 2/10 🌞but whenever i get to go to a filming set i feel like i smile a lot more. or when i get to play board games and things like that i feel like i’m actually living my life more. recently i went out with phi Bright, and he felt the same way… like it’s nice to get out and see people once in a while instead of just working all the time. cause when working don’t really get to meet anyone. just see the crew every day and keep filming - working - filming, working… i feel like if ibkeep working like that i’ll slowly lose my motivation .. lose my energynand lose my passion for what i do. if keep doing the same things over and over will just keep getting the same results. so this year i want to try something different. i want to do different kinds of projects. i want to act in more series. i also want to act in movies. honestly any kind of movie. i recently watched “Obsession” at the cinema. it was so good. i give it 20/10. seriously 20/10. iloved the way it told the story. without spoiling anything… i just felt like everything came together so well. the storytelling was smooth easy to follow and easy to understand. and at the same time it had a real artistic style in the way it was told. it was genuinely excellent : can you give us another sweet smile? 🌞hold on a second. let me fix my bangs first. honestly i don’t understand my hair either. my hair isn’t like other people’s. other people’s hair falls neatly into place when they wake up. Joong’s… i wake up and it looks like this. it’s literally like i’ve got a bowl sitting on top of my head

This is gonna be so long omg but when it comes to translating in Korean, it’s very very important to take in consideration of 1) Culture 2) Seniority, the Closeness & Intimacy of the people involved in a conversation. Because this gives an entire different vibe for the context. And we have to keep in mind that there are Korean phrases and expressions that simply don’t have just One way, exact words that can be translated in English. Translators can find ways to convey the meaning, but it requires more explanation and understanding of the context while conveying it, and not relying on assumptions. How about “인상 덜 쓰기” or “인상 쓰다“ then? Here, a direct translation can simply be 인상 덜 쓰기 - be less grumpy/ frown less, etc 인상 쓰다 - being grumpy, frown, make a face, etc Here, I include an educational video of an English speaker talking with a Korean speaker where they’re discussing a similar expression, “인상 좀 쓰지마!“ (which in word by word in English, it sounds something like “Don’t frown/ Don’t make a face”) Now, as an English speaker, that sounds a bit harsh doesn’t it? That’s because such expression doesn’t exist in just One interpretation in English, so if we only read it as it is, without considering the context and the speakers’ closeness, we’re bound to misunderstand the context. Quoting some parts of this video, 💚: “Now, Tyler’s expression for today is ‘인상 좀 쓰지마!’. Have you ever heard of this expression? 🩶: I’ve heard something like that before 💚: Then doesn’t this mean there’s a same expression in English too right? 🩶: Oh! I’ve only heard it in Korea 💚: Ah really? The guy then explained that if you say something like this in english, it can be rude. so it’s better not to say it in English-speaking countries. He gave examples like “If you do that, you’ll get wrinkles”, and the other guy added something like “If you make an ugly face, you’ll have wrinkles” and said that “If someone (an English speaker) hears this they would think I must be crazy” Here, they’re talking about the cultural differences. A phrase like this, when expressed directly, without considering people’s closeness, and being translated exactly like that, would sound so negative to English speakers. *also notice how this phrase is being worded in various ways??? ‘HOW’ it can sound to someone, really depends on their culture, their closeness with the person, and context* So later on, he gave a few more examples like, “stop making such a long face”, and “stop wrinkling your forehead”. And concluded that: 💚: Well in that case, the phrase “인상 좀 쓰지마” is basically a phrase that doesn’t exist in English. 🩶: It’s an expression that we don’t use. It’s not that it doesn’t exist. (This part, he’s explaining that there’s no such a thing as word by word to explain this phrase in English, bcs we English speakers use different wordings that is more suitable for a situation’s nuances.) Then again, we have to consider speakers’ closeness as well because in Korea, it’s a huge thing. If you don’t understand how this works, you won’t understand the nuances of a conversation. You’re bound to misunderstand. If you refuse to understand it then, I don’t think you want to respect their culture. Because again, this is a huge thing.
