Dennon Lewis 🏃‍♂️💨 To produce high volumes of sprinting you have to train for it; you cannot hope to turn up on a Saturday and just repeatedly output sprint after sprint without conditioning yourself for it. Dennon records the highest sprint for a large percentage of Dorking’s game, this is down to his position and style of play but as mentioned above, his training has to replicate that. If you’d like to find out more about how your training should be tailored to complement your game, reach out and let’s get a plan in place 💪

Well… this is a 💩 situation. We all grew up hearing, “Eat your fruits and vegetables.” Nobody told us we’d also need to keep an eye on foodborne parasite outbreaks. Cyclospora has been linked to contaminated fresh produce, and if you end up getting sick, it’s not something you’re likely to laugh about. Let’s just say… you won’t want to be far from a bathroom. 🚽💨 That’s exactly why I keep an emergency medical kit on hand. If you want to check out the one I use, hit the link in my bio, click The Wellness Company, and use code PETTY to save 10%. It’s always better to be prepared than scrambling when you’re already sick.

This guy Jack who now makes $40K/month as a solo app builder says: hitting $3K/month was his breaking point "I used to have headaches and anxiety for like two years, and it wouldn't stop. And I wouldn't stop thinking about how am I going to make it?" "Only two and a half years ago, I like broke down one summer, I was crying, my fiance and I had a walk, and I just didn't think I'd be able to do it. I really thought that like, I was peaked at 3000 a month with my mobile app." "And then two months later, things completely turned around. I kept working on it. And it hit like its peak month at 15,000 a month. Ever since then, it's kind of snowballed in the direction where things are going up rather than sideways or down."

🚨LEFTYS CAUGHT ON CAMERA OUTSIDE THE RACECOURSE RIPPING DOWN OUR FLAGS🚨 This is them Sunday night. Six of them out ripping our flags down on Mold Road and the B&Q roundabout. A member of the public filmed it and messaged us. We caught up with them just after midnight. The woman and the bloke coming straight at one of our lads who took their poles off them. Pole with screws in, flung at his face. He tells him to stay away. She threatens to stab him in the face, repeatedly, which was all heard by other team members who were at home. One of our team was already attacked before this, three puncture wounds in his hand. Police seized the poles as offensive weapons and moved them on. We will be giving statements for theft and criminal damage of property paid for by your donations, plus the weapons, the assault and the threats. The flags are going back up. We are not having it. Don’t fuck with us or our flags.

I'm fidgeting, and I look up, and he's got tears in his eyes. And that's when I just lost it." "I started crying like a baby, and I was like, 'You're right.' “I watched your Prime Minister yesterday, he wasn't so grateful.” 🟥 This clip ⬇️. 😂😂 This is what it looks like when the Canadian Prime Minister runs RINGS around you like a veteran matador, skillfully dazzling a bumbling bull. And he outclasses you so sublimely that you’re at your wit's end ... and you’re standing up there on STAGE at Davos, looking old, tired and defeated - WHINING like a toddler with a hoarse voice, about CANADA 🍁 ... and also pleading with Europe to just “please, please give me Greenland.” 😌 And Europe says NO ... and tells you to go fly a kite. 🪁 And as usual, when confronted - you chicken out 🐔. The New Body-Up Collision System Looks Promising In #NBA2K27… But There Were A Few Things That Caught My Attention 💨 I Replayed The Gameplay And I Noticed A Few Times Where Players “Glide Around Each Other” Or Defenders Didn’t Appear To Make “Physical Contact” One Example Was Victor Wembanyama’s Block When I Slowed The Clip Down It Looked Like His Fingers Never Actually Made Contact With The Ball, Yet The Block Was Still Registered Another Example Was Paul George Guarding Jaylen Brown His Hand Appears To Be On Jaylen’s Hip But When You Slow It Down, It Looks Like It’s Floating Instead Of Making Actual Contact That Creates The Feeling Of An Invisible Wall Between The Ball Handler And The Defender Rather Contact... The Key Detail Is The Physical Contact Needs To Look And Feel As Authentic As Possible In #NBA2K27 💯 ❤️➕♻️ GOD BLESS Y’ALL #NBA2K27 NBA 2K 🔗

This guy made $3k in 30 days selling something he built for himself while working his day job. He's not technical. Not like a developer or engineer. Hes just a dude running a six figure marketing agency solo. He didn't write a single line of code. He simply voice recorded what he already knew, threw it into Claude, and packaged it up. Startup cost was literally zero because he was already paying for Claude anyway. The crazy part is he's using these same tools to run his entire marketing agency. And now he's selling the system. This is a brand new market that most people don't even know exists yet. What is it? Claude skills. He packages his marketing expertise into skill files that other people can buy and plug directly into their own Claude setup. Ryan breaks down: - How he converts his daily work into sellable digital products - The exact prompt he uses to turn any expertise into a skill in minutes - Why one SEO skill alone is worth the $99 he charges for his whole pack - How he built his entire sales page using the same skills he's selling This one got me all fired up. Check it out.

"And he had to go join some mfs!" Kenyon Martin finally keeps it all the way a buck about Lebron, during a discussion where B. Jennings tried claiming Melo vs Bron was not a rivalry beyond the first couple of years. Kenyon knows just like Shad knows, just like them goofy niggas they lab with everyday know, JUST LIKE BRON AND HIS STANS KNOW, buddy HAD TO quit and run and join other great players to win, whereas other GREATER players endured to win without selling their soul and cheating the game. But I've always stood on this: If LeBron had stayed and gutted out JUST ONE CHAMPIONSHIP in Cleveland, that ONE would hold more weight and legacy that the four that he has via superteams he quit repeatedly to run around the league joining. And Melo and Bron was a rivalry right up until LeBron stole JR Smith and Iman Shumpert, who Melo was building a winner in NY with, to add to his already superteam in Cleveland. Weakass dude had to play with EVERYBODY but y'all want us to pretend that he grinded for his. FOH! I clipped this from 2RAW4TV's commentary. Go check his vid & commentary out here + like & sub:

I lived in the US for a year back in 2003. Matrix Reloaded came out in May, and the hype around it was seriously insane, beyond imagination. In the movie, the main characters are using this super cool phone, and then in a close-up shot, I spotted the 'Samsung' logo right there on it. It felt absolutely mind-blowing and magical. I came back to Korea full of hope that this thing would actually go on sale worldwide. But later I found out it was only released in the US as a super limited edition of just 5,000 units (or so I heard back then). I was hugely disappointed… but eventually, I tracked one down and bought it from a collector. Even now, looking at it, the design is still so damn cool. I took it to a carrier to try using it for real, but they told me it’s a 2G phone and can’t be used anymore. That was another big letdown, I remember it clearly. Do you guys like the Matrix movies too? I’m a total huge fan!

This man’s neighbor doesn’t like children, whenever she sees kids she makes crude gestures at them and curses at them. This time she called the police because one of the kids was singing a Mary Poppins song and was repeating a chorus out loud. Years back I lived in an area where it was upscale and predominantly older residents. Whenever I drove by they would stare as if I was doing something wrong, we would have friends come by at all hours of the night sometimes, just because we could. There was always this one neighbor who would always call the cops on us for that. She would tell the cops we were selling illegal substances and that’s why people were coming by. I’ve had them call the cops on us for mowing the lawn with my shirt off. Just ridiculous reasons really. There was nothing I could have done about it either, it wasn’t just one person, it seemed like it was all of them. However their message me to me was clear, I wasn’t welcome, and a few months later I ended up moving out, I didn’t want to be hassled. It seems like some people are just miserable people and have nothing better to do than to cause problems for others for their own amusement or they actually do feel threatened. I feel it’s best to avoid these types of people because we never know what they will do next.

Let me know if this FREAKS you guys out too! Chinese Robot Just Ran Faster Than Usain Bolt… Then Face-Planted Into a Wall. 9.39 seconds. A Chinese humanoid robot just smoked Usain Bolt’s world record on a track in Beijing today. Last year the same machine was still jogging it in 21 seconds. One year. That’s how fast this is moving. And how does it finish the race? It doesn’t ease up. It doesn’t celebrate. It just sprints full speed into a giant padded wall and collapses in a heap like it forgot gravity still exists. That right there is the perfect picture of what’s coming. Insanely fast. Ruthlessly focused. And still needs humans to pick it up off the ground… for now. While we’ve spent the last decade arguing over pronouns, drag story hour, and which flag is allowed on the flagpole, China has been quietly building machines that already outrun the greatest sprinter who ever lived. They’re not playing. They’re not debating. They’re shipping. I got two little boys at home. One day these things won’t just be racing each other for medals. They’ll be stacking boxes, carrying rifles, or walking into places where American kids used to go. And if we keep treating this like a cool viral clip instead of a five-alarm fire, we’re going to wake up one morning and find out the race already ended… and we never even laced up. The question isn’t whether the robots can run faster than us. The question is who controls the off switch when they decide humans are the competition. America better find its spine. Real quick.

Wiz Khalifa says he rewrote his second verse for “See You Again” after Paul Walker's death, just one week before Furious 7 was released “It was right when he passed. He was filming for the movie, and they were like, ‘Something happened. We need to do a whole little redirection, and you're going to be a part of that” “So they're like, ‘This is the last scene of the movie. He's in the movie, but we're generating his face on a couple scenes. And this is going to be one of them where it's going to be him riding off into the sunset, but it's going to represent his departure’” “But by the time the movie had come out, it was like a week before the movie came out, they were like, ‘We need to finish the song, and we're going to shoot the video, and we just want you and Charlie Puth on there. Everybody else we don't want, so you need to write another verse.’ So I quickly came in there. I watched the scene, because I already did the first verse just based off what they told me it was going to be like. Then for the second verse, they were like watch the scene and write it based off that” “I watched the scene, wrote my verse real quick, recorded it, we shot the video the next week, and then it comes out with the movie. It's just supposed to be a soundtrack song, but as soon as it got on the radio, it went number one and stayed there for like 12 or 13 weeks. I never knew it was going to do all of that at all” “It's unfortunate that Paul Walker lost his life, and his legacy is always going to live on. I met his family and they loved it. But I think ‘See You Again’ connects because you can tell everybody goes through those losses, and you can feel that in those verses. I've taken losses, and I've personally felt what that feels like. So to be able to channel that through the music, tell his story, help his legacy live on, and also connect with other people who go through similar things, that was my main goal. That's what I knew I could do through my personal experiences, and I'm glad that the world”

Some vendors are pitching AI as a “set it and forget it” solution in auto retail. Early use cases are showing that dealer input and context remain critical for performance. Monik Pamecha, CEO of Toma, and Brian Hoang, CEO of Mia Labs, break down how AI is being shaped by real-world dealership adoption. "One of the things that they mention is like: you just set it and forget it, you will never have to touch it, and it will just print money for you. That does not work, you have to put effort into the tool." " You understand your business more than anyone else. The tool needs that information and context to perform well. If you give it, you'll see crazy results." "The potential for these roles to evolve is coming, but it's not quite there yet. So if somebody comes in and they kind of feed off of your hunger to just eliminate all the staff, and save up on this SG&A, I would be very careful with how you evaluate the product." - Thank you to our partner Dealer Pay LLC! This is one of the greatest displays of the creative process I've seen. John Mayer perfectly demonstrates something that many of my favorite artists all say: You become creative by creating. "You just keep going 'til you get something," Mayer says/sings. "You gotta keep forcing it, forcing it, forcing it…it doesn’t matter [what comes out of your mind/mouth].” Dr. Andrew Huberman talks about how the brain circuits that turn on before those involved in creativity are of the stress system. I've heard him use 3 analogies to explain this. 1) It’s like you have to wade through sewage before you can swim in clear water. 2) It’s like when you try to lift your max on the bench press—it takes time to work up to that weight. 3) It’s like your best creative work is on the other side of a door at the top of a staircase—it takes time and effort to get up the stairs and through that door. In other words, Dr. Huberman says, you become more creative the more you create. Many artists talk similarly about what Mayer refers to in the clip as "ouija boarding" (just sort of spitting out words and sounds). John Legend says his songs start with what he calls “the mumble track.” “It’s just me humming and mumbling nonsense,” he said. Judd Apatow says his movie scripts are all a product of the Down-Up theory: “Get the ideas DOWN then fix them UP.” “Give yourself permission to suck," Judd says. "Anything goes. Just get something down.” Even if it’s nonsense, he says. Keep forcing it, forcing it, forcing it. - - - Before I started writing online, I told Ryan Holiday I was just waiting to know for certain what I wanted to write about. “Just start," he said. "You’re trying to map out the whole 9 innings. Just throw the first pitch…You’re better off starting imperfectly than being paralyzed by the delusion of perfection.” Rather than being paralyzed by the delusion that creativity comes to you, you're better off "forcing it, forcing it, forcing it," as Mayer said. "Go get it from the universe." Follow Billy Oppenheimer for more content like this!

The 2016 Breakfast Club interview with Lakeith Stanfield set an early tone that later exploded into a years-long back-and-forth‼️. Stanfield, then rising off "Atlanta", Straight Outta Compton (as Snoop), and Get Out, came on to talk acting‼️. The hosts asked about his rapping (he has a project/group called The Moors and has released music)‼️. He delivered a dense, wordy freestyle‼️. Charlamagne and the crew were visibly unimpressed—the clip they later posted and referenced captures the awkward “that’s it⁉️” energy and some teasing‼️. Charlamagne later framed it as him trying to steer Stanfield: great actor, terrible rapper, don’t waste time on it‼️. In 2018, when Stanfield posted an “offensive freestyle” with homophobic language and a weak apology, Charlamagne replayed the 2016 moment on Donkey of the Day and doubled down on the same point‼️. That moment wasn’t the main feud, but it planted the seed‼️. Stanfield is eccentric, artsy, and doesn’t move like a typical rapper or radio guest‼️. Charlamagne’s show thrives on unfiltered grilling, roasts, and “keeping it real.” Asking an actor to rap on the spot and then dismissing it publicly can feel like a gotcha or public diminishment rather than genuine curiosity‼️. How it escalated⁉️ In 2019 Stanfield posted that platforms like The Breakfast Club, The Shade Room, WorldStar, and Lipstick Alley act as “feeding grounds for negative reinforcement toward BLACK ‘nonconformists’” and “slave mentality museums.” Charlamagne took it personally, gave him Donkey of the Day, called him a hypocrite for not going after white media (Hollywood handlers wouldn’t allow it), brought up the old freestyle and other interviews, and told him not to call the author of Black Privilege anti-Black‼️. Stanfield responded with the diss track “Automatic,” using Sambo-style imagery of Charlamagne and lines like “Insecure, you afraid, you’s a Charlamagne.”‼️ In 2021, during Daniel Kaluuya’s Judas and the Black Messiah interview, Charlamagne asked if Kaluuya looked at Stanfield differently because he played the informant “too well”—implying he was born for the snitch role‼️. Kaluuya shut it down immediately‼️. Stanfield called Charlamagne a “hoe” and later posted a video pointing a gun at his picture‼️. Charlamagne said he “owed him that” jab after the earlier shots‼️. This is not isolated‼️. Charlamagne built his brand as “hip-hop’s Howard Stern”‼️provocative, no-filter, willing to ask the uncomfortable question or roast someone on air‼️. He has history with Birdman (“stop playing with my name”)‼️, Drake (ongoing critiques and responses)‼️, Kanye, Nelly, Mo’Nique, and others who’ve checked him or walked out‼️. Some moments age poorly (past transphobic laughter from guests he didn’t shut down hard enough, Lil Mama interview backlash)‼️. Others are defended as necessary pushback in an industry full of yes-men‼️. He positions it as accountability and entertainment‼️. Critics see it as punching down for clips, personal defensiveness when his platform is criticized, or a style that works better on certain guests than others‼️. Stanfield, being more alternative and media-critical, was always going to clash with that energy‼️. Should media “bring a person down” like that⁉️ Media’s job isn’t to protect feelings, but it also isn’t obligated to manufacture humiliation for content‼️. Asking an actor to rap and then publicly declaring him unimpressive is closer to a bit than journalism‼️. Later personalizing it with Donkey of the Day segments, old clips, and snitch-role implications turns it into a running narrative‼️. That’s common in personality-driven radio and YouTube-era media‼️it generates conversation and views—but it can feel like the host using the platform to settle scores or enforce a certain vibe‼️. Black media occupies a complicated space: it can hold artists accountable in ways mainstream outlets won’t, but it can also amplify negativity, gatekeep, or prioritize virality‼️
