Video shows lawyer try to intervene & explain judge's order to ICE agents—arrest the man anyway. "This is kidnapping! Why are you ignoring the judge!" the crowd yelled while trying to block the hallway to the elevator. ICE agents stationed themselves in the hallways of the courthouse—waiting to arrest people immediately after their hearings were done. ICE agents in Yonkers, NY went to arrest one illegal immigrant with a criminal warrant and, in the process, detained two additional illegals as collateral arrests. Since sanctuary states refuse to cooperate with federal authorities and release foreign criminals from jail directly back onto the streets instead of into ICE custody, federal agents are now forced to go into neighborhoods to locate and arrest them. As a result, ICE ends up making collateral arrests. This situation didn’t have to happen. It could have been avoided if Democrats ensured that local law enforcement worked with ICE.

Interfering with ICE arrests of criminal illegal aliens isn’t ‘activism’—it’s a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 111. But hey, maybe next week they’ll try blocking the FBI… just not when it was tagging parents as domestic threats on their watch.
