The training ICE agents and Swedish Metro security receive is the same length but I've yet to see any evidence that ICE agents are nearly as skilled in use of force, arrests, crowd control etc. What do you mean ten agents could not arrest a single skinny nurse?

Imagine having orders to arrest someone and all you face from every angle are out of control mobsters screaming hate and threats while you are just trying to do your job. Seriously. Could you face going into your office tomorrow and being faced with hostility as you just tried to do what your bosses told you to do? An ICE Agent purportedly shot someone amidst an arrest detail. All I can say is, ICE agents are hunted. Full stop. So if you want to know at least part of the reason shots were fired, look at the atmosphere they are trying to do their jobs in. ICE agents in Yonkers, NY went to arrest one illegal immigrant with a criminal warrant and, in the process, detained two additional illegals as collateral arrests. Since sanctuary states refuse to cooperate with federal authorities and release foreign criminals from jail directly back onto the streets instead of into ICE custody, federal agents are now forced to go into neighborhoods to locate and arrest them. As a result, ICE ends up making collateral arrests. This situation didn’t have to happen. It could have been avoided if Democrats ensured that local law enforcement worked with ICE.
