Throughout the day, I received updates on the tragedy in Chernihiv following a Russian strike on the city and its residential quarters. Houses have been damaged, as has a hospital and a hotel that has been ruined. People under the rubble. Many injured. As of now, 17 people have been comfirmed killed. My condolences to everyone who has lost a loved one. The rescue operation on site continued throughout the day and will continue until we determine the fate of every person who may still be trapped beneath the rubble. Now is the time for everyone in Europe and throughout the free world to strengthen. Increase arms production, delivery, and overall decisiveness. Because normal life throughout the world relies on decisiveness. Europe should definitely not waste this time and instead use it for our shared security.
