We can send jet fighters to Benin republic but can’t send same to Nigerian forest. It’s okay when we offer help to another nations but when same is offered us, it’s because that country is eyeing our resources. As long as we keep defending and protecting those leaders who see us as nothing other than statistics, we will remain in the pain and fear of not knowing safety in our country. When politicians use immigration to stir up fear, incite racial division and set communities against each other, they are not speaking for Scotland - they are dragging our politics into the gutter. Scotland must never become a place where racism is normalised, division is rewarded, or hatred is treated as just another political opinion. We will call it out. We will stand against it.
