We never signed up for Rufus ads. The customer is already on the Amazon page for Brain Flakes. We may have even already paid for an ad for them to get there. And then Amazon shows them an ad designed to answer questions that are already answered by us directly on the page they are on? And then Amazon sends them to another “brand” which is advertising on our product page. Look, I get it. Amazon is a big company with lots of people, lots of teams, and lots of AI, but you can’t keep doing this. You have to rethink your approach. The more you squeeze sellers, the higher prices will go on Amazon, because we don’t have the margins that you do (or the access to capital). This combined with Amazon’s market share and pricing policies mean that when you force us to raise prices by raising our costs, pricing across the entire ecommerce ecosystem rise. In other words, all Americans pay more when shopping online. You need to rethink these policies and the endless backdoor price increases. Thank you

This is the Samsung Handy Gam Boy, the version of the Sega Game Gear that was imported and sold by Samsung in Korea. It’s one of the harder Samsung gaming systems to find, making it quite a challenge for collectors. Because of that, a fan produced a small batch of reproduction units. Even the box was faithfully recreated, and they went as far as reproducing the “Handy Gam Boy” branding on the console itself. I was never able to get an original one, so I’m really happy to have something like this to fill that gap in my collection. 😊

Vintage Editions - a brief history and what’s next. In 2023 I released my first 3 editions on eth. My goal was to create a collection of quality vintage animations, on par with my 1/1 artworks. The reception blew me away, over 4,000 folks registered for two artworks with a total of 175 editions. In 2025 I set a goal to go all in and released 5 more editions throughout the year. Bringing the collection to 340 editions via 8 artworks with a total of 168 holders. Each work in this series can take two weeks and even a month to create as I obsesses on each pixel. I’m very proud of how it turned out. My plan is being consistent and adding to the collection yearly, with enough love and time it will become an epic collection of animated vintage loops. Nothing quite like it in our space. At the beginning of the year I set out to make as much work as I can physically can in 2026. I find that healing. keeping my mind busy while dealing with grief. My notebook is of full of ideas and sketches and once again I’m going all in. Excited to see how this collection shapes up in 2026 along with the new distortions series. This week we kick off this year's Vintage Editions next chapter adding two new pieces and one more via a burn in July. The first piece “Mob Mentality” is a special edition of 7 for select top collectors of mine. Minting tomorrow. The second piece is “Hell of a Time”. When I roll, I’m not trying to win as much as I’m trying not to get injured. My default mode is defensive driving. I’m trying to get to my destination without getting in a wreck on the way there. In this clip, I counter the waiter sweep early because I’m sensitive to my knee locking up. If my leg gets bent some type of way, my meniscus catches and locks up, so I react early. Not necessarily because I’m trying to stop the sweep, but because I’m protecting my body. That sensitivity actually becomes good defense. Keeping my leg straight stops the waiter sweep before it starts. I feel this way about MMA grappling. It’s more intuitive because the main priority is obvious: don’t get hit. That removes a lot of decision fatigue. In sport Jiu Jitsu, there can be too many options, too many techniques, and too much thinking. That’s one of the traps for Jiu Jitsu nerds. If you get too deep into the tech, you can end up frozen by choices. The other solution is to systematize everything, and that kills creativity. Just protect yourself and everything else will fall into place. Learn Jiu Jitsu.

Why is it such a nightmare trying to find a hair stylist as a Black woman? I have my sew-in and my braider that I'm happy with, but trying to find someone who styles and cuts natural hair has restarted the nightmarish cycle of trying to find, book, and actually make it to the chair of someone new. The prices are going up (which is fine I'm not hating on what you can charge), but the experience from A-Z has plummeted when looking for someone new. All I ask is, can we get the experience to match the price or the price to match the experience? If you do that, great...if you don't, please do better. PS- Shout out to the good stylists out there...we gotta walk through fire to get to you, but we appreciate you when we find you. #blackhaircare #blackhair #blackstylist
