Labour are very sly. One prison is physically being built now. Another is at the site prep stage and another is still having planning issues. One new prison opened last year, ordered by Tories. Labour just go on about spaces, which means existing facilities.

Labour there is nothing we can do other than release prisoners, France has same problem but not releasing prisoners, they are doubling up cells, only 25% of cells in UK are doubled up, that leaves 75% available to share! Where is the nightingale prison for low level offenders?
