Today it’s not just a preview anymore: the inventory can now equip and unequip clothing, update the 3D preview in real time, and apply the outfit to the actual player character in-game. This kind of freedom is exactly why I wanted to dive into s&box. Still rough. Still early. But now it’s starting to feel like a real system. #sbox #GameDev

Another amazing update to CS2 so quickly. Screen shake while spraying has been dramatically reduced. You can very clearly feel the difference, it's almost like there's no shaking at all in the new version. This is a great improvement for the feel of spraying. I almost feel sick watching the old version. When spraying in CS2, players need to be able to feel the recoil, to know where they are in the spray, and to be able to adjust based on the enemy player's movement. I just played a full game with this, and the difference is night and day. Valve has been cooking like CRAZY lately. This is another of those updates that definitely should have been in the game from the very beginning.

Our efforts to modernize the game continue with 7.6! Players will see modernized improvements to Tython, Korriban, Hoth, and Ilum. One more surprise! Character models, specifically heads, will also see improved fidelity across the game! Players will see updates to their character via updated character textures, along with ocular specularity and with lighting, and shader improvements. Our goal was to improve the fidelity of characters across the game while keeping your character uniquely yours. It now includes cel shading, anime outlines, compositing tools, and workflow modifiers for both Eevee and Cycles. I've also updated the product page with the latest preview and test files.
