However, it is alleged that instead of taking action as per the rules, the TTE forcibly pushed Hasma Begum off the train at Jhansi station at around 3 a.m. At that time, she was completely alone at the station and had no means to contact her family. After about three hours, she was able to contact her family with the help of another person, due to which the family remained extremely worried and frightened.
