Train accident averted in Mushin this afternoon… A potentially fatal train accident at the Railway Crossing in Cappa, Mushin, has just been narrowly averted. Vehicles passing on the tracks were stopped to allow the approaching train pass but a fully loaded passenger bus and a saloon car got stuck due to the widening ditch beneath the rail tracks. Seeing the impending disaster from afar, the train driver applied full brakes to bring the train to a halt. While the car forcefully lurched backward to escape being rammed into, the passenger bus managed to free itself by a whisker. The train halted just a bit beyond the spot where both vehicles were stuck, narrowly brushing the passenger bus at the rear. Despite being safe at a distance, I nearly jumped out of my car in horror at the close call. The bus driver sped off ostensibly to escape being reproached by terrified bystanders. Cos, he clearly saw the oncoming train but defied the crossing guard’s warning. Video caption: the car in question in front…

Another example of 0 civic sense!! 📍Ambernath Railway Station A physically handicapped person was seen crossing the railway tracks during rush hour just to save time. Because of him, the approaching train had to slow down. Had it not slowed down in time, he could have been run over and killed. Why do people behave in such an idiotic manner? If an accident had happened, people would have blamed the government!!

In Muzaffarpur, a 100+ yr old temple was demolished by Ministry of Railways, but a mosque in the middle of railway tracks has been saved. Hello Ashwini Vaishnaw, either build Hindu temple in same place or remove mosque from the railway track. Must Retweet 😡

Lovely to collaborate with Train Sim World 6 and to “drive” a new Great British Railways branded train at London Bridge last week. As we nationalise the railways and set up GBR, we are building a railway owned by you - the British public. A railway to rely on and be proud of.

Some people in the country are stooping to any level just to defame the government. People have occupied land by the side of railway tracks and built houses illegally. The land comes under respective State govts. Sometimes trains are pelted with stones, sometimes the clips of the train tracks are opened or sometimes the signal lights are deliberately covered. Railway signal light has been covered with a newspaper. Anti nationals want another accident to happen. From lonewolf

A train has its way designed specifically for a train only and it's called a railway line. And way it's built, it can be struck any, a railway can't be impassable cause it's only used by that train. But that's not the case in Uganda, trains in Uganda get stuck in a mud.
