Drawing amd pointing a gun, even holstered (retarded!) is aggravated assault. The key takeaway here is that the mandatory gun education that democrats insist is a reasonable requirement to impose on the second amendment doesn't work. The common sense requirement is obviously that citizens' right to bear arms shall not be infringed - and democrats' citizenship must be revoked.
