I spent 2 hours of my Saturday reviewing hundreds of charts. These are the setups that stood out and what you should focus on this week. Software and healthcare are starting to catch a bid. Semiconductors are showing fatigue. Here’s the watchlist and recording: $SPX: Still trapped in a range. 7338 remains the key support. Holding it keeps the higher-low thesis intact. Below 7236 opens downside toward 7150. Above 7500 would be a strong signal that the pullback is complete. $QQQ: Showing relative weakness versus SPX. Holding the 50-day moving average for now, but a break below 700 could open a move toward 685. $IWM: One of the strongest indices right now. Watching 300 closely. A breakout could trigger a move into all-time highs and potentially much higher. $SMH: Starting to roll over. Unable to hold the 9-day moving average. Below 600 could open a larger pullback toward 550. $IGV: One of the most interesting charts in the market. Software finally caught a strong bid on Friday after weeks of selling. 🇺🇸🇮🇷🇾🇪 Americas old way of waging war may no longer work. Matt Bracken thinks the most important question surrounding the next phase of the Iran war isn’t where America strikes. It’s whether America can still fight the way it used to. A major U.S. air campaign requires aircraft moving between bases, tankers positioning for refueling and carriers getting within range. Bracken argues that choreography is now almost impossible to conceal. Satellites, phones and other surveillance can expose preparations long before the aircraft arrive, while ballistic missiles can reach regional bases far faster than U.S. jets can reach their targets. That is why he doubts another major attack on Iran is the most likely move. If Washington wants a more achievable military objective, Bracken thinks Yemen presents one possibility: use Djibouti as a staging ground and attempt to cut off increasingly extended Houthi forces along the Red Sea. But there’s a problem there too. Djibouti itself would become a missile target. For decades, America could establish a forward base, fly in C-130s and C-17s, build up aircraft and troops, and assume the enemy lacked the ability to seriously threaten the logistical hub behind the operation. Bracken says that assumption is finished. “𝘕𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺'𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳.” His point is broader than Yemen. The U.S. still possesses extraordinary military power. But the infrastructure required to concentrate that power is increasingly visible, increasingly targetable and increasingly difficult to protect. 🇺🇸🇮🇷🇾🇪 Americas old way of waging war may no longer work. Matt Bracken thinks the most important question surrounding the next phase of the Iran war isn’t where America strikes. It’s whether America can still fight the way it used to. A major U.S. air campaign requires aircraft moving between bases, tankers positioning for refueling and carriers getting within range. Bracken argues that choreography is now almost impossible to conceal. Satellites, phones and other surveillance can expose preparations long before the aircraft arrive, while ballistic missiles can reach regional bases far faster than U.S. jets can reach their targets. That is why he doubts another major attack on Iran is the most likely move. If Washington wants a more achievable military objective, Bracken thinks Yemen presents one possibility: use Djibouti as a staging ground and attempt to cut off increasingly extended Houthi forces along the Red Sea. But there’s a problem there too. Djibouti itself would become a missile target. For decades, America could establish a forward base, fly in C-130s and C-17s, build up aircraft and troops, and assume the enemy lacked the ability to seriously threaten the logistical hub behind the operation. Day 18 of my 30 Day Water Fast. LONG but IMPORTANT read. 💕💦 Last night at 4 AM, I made a decision—I wiped everything from my Instagram and TikTok that was posted before this fast started. Every video, every picture, every piece of content—gone. Why? Because I felt like everything I had posted before was created with greed, lust, anger, resentment, and bitterness. And just keeping those memories up was holding me back from the person I’m trying to become. If you truly want to change, you have to let go of the old version of yourself. You can’t cling to things that no longer serve you. I get it. You’ve seen this before. You’ve heard me say it a million times. And that’s why when someone in my chat said, “How many days do you guys give him until he crashes out again?” That sh*t hurt. Because I know my past behavior has given the world every reason to doubt me. But instead of waiting for me to fail, I think the better thing to say is: “I know you’ve fallen so many times, but I pray this time you truly stay consistent.” Because I truly do want to change. I hated who I was. And if I could erase every clip, every post, every trace of the old me from the internet, I would. But I can’t. That version of me will live online forever. The biggest thing I’m realizing during this 30-day fast? I don’t like selling my soul. I don’t like being on camera 24/7. I don’t like giving people the space to say whatever they want about me, in my own home, in my car, in my personal life. I used to feed off the hate, the anger, the negativity. I let it drive me. But now that I’m trying to live in light, that same energy is holding me back. Every step forward, I get dragged two steps back just by being in this space. And yeah, I know the irony of me saying all this while still streaming 24/7. But until I find another way to make a living, I have to do what I have to do. I said I was gonna complete 30 days live to prove I didn’t eat—so I’m gonna finish it, no matter how much I hate doing it. And yeah, I’m pissed off today. Doing this during Ramadan was the worst decision I could’ve made. Dry fasting all day and then breaking my fast with only water, black coffee, electrolytes, and green tea is insane. If I could do this again, I’d do it outside of Ramadan so I could at least drink water during the day. Sorry for the long read. Just had to get this off my chest.

He was found as a stray with an ID, so the shelter reached out to his family. Sadly, they decided not to come for him… 🥺💔 Ever since Rocky arrived, he has been struggling here. He spends his days curled up in his bed, and recently, he stopped eating. The shelter has been trying to get him to eat by adding wet food to his dry food, but he still wasn’t eating.💔 In just two weeks at the shelter, Rocky has lost 7 pounds‼️💔 Today, I was asked to go visit Rocky because he really needed help and visibility. I decided I was also going to try to feed him. I thought maybe if I hand-fed him, he would be willing to eat. Maybe he just needed to feel loved. Maybe he needed someone to sit with him and remind him that he wasn’t alone. So I got a can of wet food and took Rocky into the bonding room. And he ate. ❤️😭🙏🏻 He ate half of the can, and that absolutely made my entire day.💖 Rocky is such a sweet boy, but he is also incredibly sad. You can see how much this environment is affecting him. I took him outside, took him for a walk, spent some time with him, and told him that he was loved. Before I left, I put him back in his kennel, and he went straight back to his bed.💔 I promised him that together, we would find him a family.💖 Please, please help me keep my promise. 💔 The longer Rocky stays in this overcrowded shelter, the harder it is becoming for him... He desperately needs someone to come save his life. Please don’t let Rocky become another dog who loses hope inside a shelter kennel. He deserves a family who will love him, give him time to heal, and never give up on him. Rocky is waiting. Let me give you some examples of McDonald's French Fries. In the US, there's 11 ingredients. ‌ In the UK, there's 3, and salt is optional. An ingredient called dimethylpolysiloxane is an ingredient preserved with formaldehyde, a neurotoxin in the US version. This is used as a foaming agent, so they don't have to replace the oil that often, making McDonald's more money here in the United States. But they don't do that across the pond. This is Skittles. ‌ Notice the long list of ingredient differences. 10 artificial dyes in the US version and titanium dioxide. This ingredient is banned in Europe because it can cause DNA damage. Artificial dyes are made from petroleum and products containing these dyes require a warning label in Europe that states it may cause adverse effects on activity in in detention in children. And they have been linked to cancer and disruptions in the immune system. ‌ This on the screen back here is Gatorade. In the US, they use red 40 and caramel color. In Germany, they don't. They use carrot and sweet potatoes to color their Gatorade. General Mills is definitely playing some tricks on us. ‌ They launched a new version of Trix just recently in Australia. It has no dyes. They even advertised that when the US version still does. This is why I became a food activist. My name is Bonnie Hari, and I only want one thing. ‌ I want Americans to be treated the same way as citizens in other countries by our own American companies. Last 60 years, almost all food additives were be being created for one sole purpose, to improve the bottom line of the food industry and not improve our health. These chemicals were created to mimic real food, to make it easier and cheaper for food manufacturers to preserve their food, to make it last longer on the shelf, to help manufacturing, and sinister of all, to allow them to create products that are more addictive in nature. I ended up quitting my lifelong career as a corporate management consultant to investigate and write about food full time. During my investigations, I found an alarming discovery. ‌ We use over 10,000 food additives here in the United States, and in Europe, there's only 400 approved. We were able to get Subway to remove azo dicarbonamide from their bread in the United States after another successful petition. And as a bonus, there was a ripple effect, and almost every bread manufacturer in America followed suit. I wanna make an important point here.
