.Coach Dan Casey is correct, this is a great drill for RB's. Because of this, we have to teach our ILB's the same thing. Close open windows fitting fast and tight.

Georgia OL Coach Stacy Searels - Angle Board / Down & Reach Drills Angle Board - Simulate the front side of inside zone double teams. Flipper w/ inside shoulder, keep play side arm free, eyes up. - "The biggest reason we have the board is so we don't crossover on the front side of inside zone. Anytime you crossover front side on inside zone you get split." Down & Reach - Work down and reach blocks simultaneously & finish with great effort - Down block = step foot to crotch, hat to the V of the neck, strong with my outside hand. Defender works to fight over the top. - Inside Zone Reach = DBL under technique, hat tight on the play side number. "Here's what I want to emphasize, are you getting them to sprint back. I want to create habits of giving effort. Create habits on a daily basis of giving effort."
