I tested my V02 max for the first time today: 🫀 57.4 ml/kg/min According to ChatGPT, that's the top 5–10% of men my age. The test was done in a lab using the Bruce protocol. Every 3 minutes, treadmill speed and incline increase: - stage 1: 4 km/h at 10% grade - stage 2: 5.5km/h at 12% - stage 3: 6.7 km/h at 14% - etc etc I passed out at the end of stage 5. It's just a horrible test because you're fighting inner demons to get a little farther. V02 max is a key biomarker in predicting longevity, so from now on, I'll focus my training on increasing that number.

🚨ARTEMIS II UPDATE - NASA Repairs Helium Flow Issue Inside VAB; Preparing For SLS Rollout After returning to the VAB on February 25th; NASA engineers traced the helium flow issue to a seal inside a quick disconnect in the launch vehicle stage adapter. The seal had obstructed the pathway that allows helium to flow from ground systems into the upper stage. Technicians removed and reassembled the quick disconnect hardware and have already begun validating the repair by running helium at a reduced flow rate through the system. Engineers are now assessing what caused the seal to become dislodged to ensure the issue does not recur. This sets him up to create a lot of energy and force as he goes into the drop (load). Along with keep the back leg straight into leg lift, he also gains ground towards home. This allow him to initiate linear momentum while also setting himself up for the load. 2. Hip to shoulder separation During the stride phase he does a great job of rotating the pelvis into foot plant while staying closed with the upper body. His ability to stay level with the shoulders and stacked puts him in a good position to rotate instead of push. 3. Rotational velocity of the chest Staying closed with the torso into foot plant plays a large role in rotational velocity of the chest. Think of separation like pulling a rubber band back. That pull back is creating tension and a stretch that will accelerate once it’s let go. Jackson does an exceptional job of this, allowing him to rotate the upper body extremely well. Immigration puts pressure on wage growth, specifically lower skilled and already low paying jobs. 3. Immigration with no anti-ethnic clustering policies result in reduced social cohesion and the degradation of our culture. To summarise, cost of living pressure from mass immigration is very real and in addition to that we are concerned about the real time loss of the what once was a potent Australian identity. Solutions / Demands: 1. Reduce temporary visa holders by atleast 1 million. 2. Link immigration to a national housing affordability index. 3. Implement social integration policies for new arrivals along with anti-ethnic clustering policies. Immigrants aren’t the problem, our immigration program is! Hope that helps Ms Chatfield! BREAKING: New video shows that the Muslim Brotherhood-linked Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) are using chemical weapons in Sudan again. The yellow smoke rising over Umm Garfa after an airstrike on July 18th indicates that SAF is using chlorine gas in its airstrikes again. They were caught on footage doing the same twice in 2024, with a France24 investigation showing clearly that chlorine gas barrels were dropped over the Garri Military Base on September 5th and then again on September 13th against the Al-Jaili Oil Refinery. Last week’s chlorine gas attack came just 2 days before the imposed Stage 2 Sanctions against Sudan under the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act (CBW Act). Stage 1 sanctions took effect in June last year for the chlorine gas attacks in 2024. The new Stage 2 sanctions were put in place after it was determined that Sudan was uncooperative in investigating the 2024 attacks and unwilling to take guaranteeing that future chemical weapons attacks wouldn’t take place. The secondary round of sanctions means that the U.S. government is now legally mandated to oppose and vote against any loan, financial assistance or technical aid to Sudan from major global institutions, including the World Bank. It also expanded the restrictions to ban the export of almost all American goods, sensitive technologies, and dual-use materials to Sudan. Anything with a potential security or military application faces a policy of “presumptive denial.” There are no Stage 3 sanctions the U.S. could take after the most recent chemical weapons attack but experts believe that repeated chemical attacks while under Stage 2 sanctions will lead to Sudan being designated a State Sponsor of Terrorism (SST). That would trigger an entirely separate layer of global financial isolation for Sudan.
