First of all she should see a chiropractor because she has a protruding stomach and an overly curved back, which pushes her buttocks forward as well. she needs to fix this first. she should work on her glutes and core muscles more because without strong core muscles, fat will accumulate in her stomach. but I think that's probably too difficult for her, as she can't move much on stage and her body will just keep getting worse If she gets glutes surgery, she'll just get a stiff, unnatural butt, which will make movement even more difficult, so she's out of luck
