@Niigaanwewidam My husband grew up in Selkirk and was very familiar with Murray Sinclair & Selkirk’s Métis Friendship Centre. He remembered Murray. Skipped two grades, was valedictorian and athlete of the year. Then went on to do so very much! 👏👏❤️

@Niigaanwewidam & we are all better for it. We have a long, long way to go, but there are many of us working to improve our knowledge & understanding of the devastating effects of colonization on indigenous people. He started us on this path & we can honour him by continuing the journey.
