Another view of this, built with the Rive CLI. Rive now has a text-based format, so agents can write Rive files directly. That makes Rive the best format for agents to build interactive experiences that run on web, mobile, consoles and vehicle hardware natively.

Built this last night in about an hour. This a production-ready file that you can push to our editor and then pull back into the CLI for continuous iteration

@rive_app Just insane.

@rive_app I couldn't believe and had to try myself. That's sick! And also scary a bit.

@rive_app gran lavoro! complimenti

@rive_app Is it possible to convert an old riv/rev to rml and go from there?

@rive_app Yes! Today you can export a rev and give it to the CLI, it'll convert it to RML. We're adding a pull feature so you can push and pull files between the CLI and Editor while keeping version history, only pushing and pulling changes

@rive_app So great!

@rive_app wait so like english to rive animation?

@rive_app I was waiting for this moment in reality. And it’s here. God bless.

@rive_app I was dreaming of this just 3 days ago!

@drawsgood @rive_app do you have agent docs out yet?

@drawsgood @rive_app Yes the CLI ships with built-in docs specifically for agents. We also have human docs here:

@drawsgood @rive_app fabulous. been exploring this morning. really, really awesome addition.

@rive_app Actually if a tutorial based on this like how to use agents to create this type of work in rive will be usefull

@rive_app Is the agent more powerful when running in the CLI as opposed to in the chat interface in the rive app?

It's different, but for big structural stuff like this it feels better. The agent in the editor is using Rive's editor tools, the same way a human would. The CLI lets agent work directly with a text version of the Rive file, so it can do big structural changes quickly and preview them with the CLIs screenshot and preview tools. It's a more direct way for agents to work with Rive content. The agent in the editor is still useful when you're in the editor iterating on something, so both have their place.
