Monetizing your own AI app just got really easy. Last week I used YouAI to create an AI-powered bio generator. It took me less than an hour and I didn't need any programming skills. And now it just made it's first sale. All you need is a good idea and some prompting skills. Here's how you can create your own: Step 1: Setup → Go to → Sign up, then click on "new AI" (you can also remix an existing AI if you're lazy) Step 2: Create prompt → Within the "preamble" you can create the main prompt for this AI → In my example I described the assistant's goal (bio generator) and defined the format of the bios → I also added some bio examples to train the AI Step 3: Configure inputs → Now you define what the user inputs when using the AI app → In my case I defined 3 user inputs: - What topic do you tweet about? - What is your background? Motion graphics used to take me an hour per scene (or more) Now I'm creating them in 3-5 minutes — without After Effects, without Premiere, without writing a single line of code. I'm a former LA filmmaker (still PGA). My entire video stack is now 3 tools: Claude Code + HyperFrames (from HeyGen) + Descript Here's how the workflow runs: 1. Drop my brand style guide into a folder (colors, fonts, components Claude reuses forever) 2. Paste a line from my Descript transcript into Claude Code: "Create a scene for this part of the video" 3. Claude Code reads my brand, generates the HyperFrames scene, renders it to MP4 4. Drag the MP4 into Descript, drop it on the matching line of the transcript 5. Done. 3-5 minutes per scene. The unlock is the brand style guide. Once Claude has your colors, fonts, and reusable components, every scene inherits your look automatically. Bonus — you can take a Claude Design export (.zip), hand it to Claude Code, and it'll convert the HTML into a HyperFrames video you can render and edit. How I have Claude automate anything I do on my computer just by showing it: I use the free Clips app and hit record to start recording. Then I just do the action - like navigating to Rippling and approving any unapproved time off - and I’ll often just talk out loud as I do it explaining any add’l details like I would when showing a human. The Clips app captures everything on your screen and everything you say, and transforms it into a format Claude can “see and hear”. You'll then get a link that you can easily share with Claude (or humans too). I’ll paste it to Claude and say something like, "automate this for me every day at 8:00 AM." The link has special metadata that agents like Claude can discover. It exposes APIs to see the full transcript with timestamps and grab screenshots of what was on your screen at any of those timestamps. Once it's created the routine, you can go to the Routines tab in Claude Code desktop app. This also works with the CLI, Claude Cowork, Codex etc. You’ll see your new routine there, and you can just hit Run Now to have it start running it. Video attached shows this step by step. The Clips apps is free and open source - I’ll link to it and the source code in the thread.

This is a game changer now we can have heated floors without the use of zone valves, liquid filled coils and all the headaches of venting etc. not to mention the expense and don’t get me started on under floor concealment. This method can easily be covered with self leveling cement for a clean level surface for the floor covering of your choice. Heated floors can greatly enhance your home and add tremendous value. This method is an easy install for the contractor and homeowner alike.

Your imagination is the limit. But this type of work exists in all businesses. If you do this enough, you start to see why people have dozens of Claude instances running 24/7 on multiple devices. They have figured out ways for Claude to drive economically valuable work for their organizations. And now they are simply scaling up that work. Wild. This is where the world is quickly heading.

We just announced the title called "PHYSINT". Every day, fans from all over the world have been asking me to create an espionage genre game. In response, I have launched this project. "PHYSINT(tentative title)" will be our third original IP since the establishment of Kojima Productions. It is a completely new "action espionage game" for a new generation. It will be created using cutting-edge technology and talents of people from all over the world, whether they work in film or video games. Of course it is an interactive "game", but it is also a movie at the same time in terms of look, story, theme, cast, acting, fashion, and sound. We are aiming for the next level of "digital entertainment".

Imagine an AI application that can type anywhere you can and use the full context of what's on your screen. ​ This is the application we all deserve (at least if you have macOS.) ​ Check out Omnipilot. It's an app that works with every other macOS application and uses Claude Sonet 3.5 in the background—it also supports Gemini and GPT-4o. ​ ​ Here is the idea: ​ You can use the tool to ask questions about anything on your screen. Or you can use it to autocomplete the text you are typing. You don't need to copy and paste anymore or waste your time providing context to a model. ​ It sees what you see. Claude Code is the OpenClaw alternative you already had. I've been telling people this in person for three months. Now it's a piece on Every 📧. When OpenClaw was at peak hype a few months ago, everyone was going crazy over it — for good reasons. But almost nobody made the obvious comparison: Claude Code already does the thing you love about OpenClaw. In a lot of cases, better. Here's why people missed it. You have to understand the difference between a model and a harness. OpenClaw, at the end of the day, is just a harness on top of AI models. And Claude Code is too — it just got marketed as a coding tool, an alternative to Cursor. Until Cowork launched, almost nobody looked at it as a tool for non-programmers. Dan Shipper 📧 was one of the earliest to make that claim, and he was damn right. Let Claude Code run from the home folder of your computer with free access, and you get exactly what made OpenClaw exciting.
