yeonjun’s workout routine 🏋️ 🦊 i think i work out my chest, my shoulders and my back in that order…one day at a time so chest on one day, shoulders on the next and then my back 🦊 i do arm workouts with that sometimes too 🦊 i try to do ab work outs every day 🦊 for back, i think chin-ups are really good! for chest, i think bench presses or using machines is good and for shoulders, i think it’s good to just do it in many splits!

I think I got nine weeks to go in this course and part of it is I’m writing a thesis. So it’s a lot of ground work, and busy work… it’s going well, I’m very much looking forward to it being done and having a little bit of brain space free.
