Very very important This is extremely shocking and the people of India deserve to know this. Last evening, Hon'ble Vice President of India and Rajya Sabha Chairman Sh Jagdeep Dhankar said in the House that "since the last 25 years, I have been an 'Eklavya' of the RSS". He then went on to shower praise on the RSS and said that his only "regret" was that he didn't join the RSS earlier. It was an open admission by the Hon'ble VP & Chair that he's a proud member of the RSS. Hon'ble VP & Chairman has the right to be a member of any organization that he pleases. However, 2 days ago, he expunged & removed parts of the speech of Leader of Opposition Kharge ji where he'd criticized the RSS. It is well-documented fact that the RSS is an organization that has been banned in the past for subversive activities. It is a communal organization and also, for the longest time, refused to accept the Constitution of India. Is it fair for the VP of India to be openly praising the RSS while sitting in a chair where he's expected to be neutral? While watching #Haq movie, I realised that the Shah Bano case was truly the turning point in Indian history. In 1986, Rajiv Gandhi, on the advice of Arun Nehru, gave a green signal to open the locks of the Babri Masjid, an attempt to appease Hindus after his controversial decision (to make mullahs happy) on the Shah Bano judgment. Soon after, Rajiv Gandhi regretted the move and wanted to reverse it, but it was too late. BJP-RSS-VHP had already ignited the Ram Mandir movement. And the rest, is history.

Please name one symbol of the RSS ideology that is revered in India today. Was Guru Nanak from the RSS ideology? Was Buddha from the RSS ideology? Was Krishna Bhagwan from the RSS ideology? Not a single one. Because every single one of these people fought for equality and brotherhood. The last thing I would like to say is that this building has emerged from the blood of our workers, from every single one of our leaders. That includes all of you, who are today defending the idea of the Congress party. Everybody in this room is under severe assault defending the ideas of the Congress party. Sometimes we forget it. I have so many questions, but the most glaring one of always why ? It is one thing to live under the same roof and keep your finances separated, that is a far cry from having to do all the shopping, come home itemize every expense and present the “other party” with an invoice and that’s just for the groceries. This lady is more of a beast of burden than anything else🙄 help me understand this, I just don’t get it🤷🏻‍♂️
