Apparently this viral video showing six ridiculously simple exercises has helped thousands get rid of heart blockage, back pain etc. Any truth in this?

I believe he was targeting lymph nodes which is good anyway, but what I hear one surya namaskara will give you the same or better benefits. Take away should be comprehensive body workout key to health than just cardio or weights.

Surya namaskar addresses almost every part of the body.

Now I'm gonna beat myself daily for 5 minutes on the trot

These are practices which were followed as late in the 80s but then modern pharma took over and made the diseases more complex to push more people towards antibiotics & allopathic medicines on one hand while discrediting ancient healing practices.

Modern pharma is sinister.

The first I could identify as tadasana. The others are more like lymphatic exercise.

Many Chinese people - elders in particular, do this everyday in the park . Linked to Yin/Yang and Chi system of thinking.

I do see some senior guys doing exactly these excercise every morning & then they play football.

Coolie job at any railway station for 15 minutes is the best preventive measure. Plus some earnings.

Only one way to know ... Find some people with kidney,heart etc issues.. take their tests now and 2 months after they do these exercises
