That’s somewhat true. Most people haven’t used Quest 3 fully. But I’ve also read from people who used Quest 3 that Vision Pro I just another level with higher resolution displays, much cleaner passthrough, intuitive magic like eye controls and polished UI.

Great ad, it's partly Meta's fault for not showing the world that people can and have been doing this on Quest 3 for $500 The other part is members of the community knowing better and acting like something new and innovative is happening here simply because it's Apple (not Meta)

Why do they insist on advertising the most boring applications for this product?

I think it’s because most people haven’t tried and don’t even know about these simple things possible with mixed reality. Apple is introducing this technology to the masses, not just tech people.

Please allow me to introduce you Meta Quest 2, made in 2019.

Who wants to watch everything alone tho? You’d have to pay 7k just to watch with another person and they don’t really show pairing devices together to watch movies or if that’s even compatible. The price is going to have to come down a lot to catch on.
