@Jahjiren It’s not fucking hard to create something that has already been created Just have a break please

this wasn’t possible on a website with no xcode before that’s the point

creating a whole new UI paradigm for the Dynamic Island is something entirely different than calling apple‘s APIs from your app though not saying the results aren‘t nice - the comparison simply does not make any sense and is clearly meant to farm engagement. It is intentionally misleading.

how is that misleading? it literally did exactly what i showed on video and it took 1 prompt

@Jahjiren @schaerpfcom @Jahjiren dude, in leimans. What you say: making cars with amg engine takes just one prompt i m doing same shi Benz does when they build a new engine. Reality: you took a benz with no engine and put an already assembled engine in a car that supported it. Do u get it now?

@Jahjiren @schaerpfcom @Jahjiren or practical example for you to try out. Try to oneshot putting dynamic island to lets say the right side. Or even better - write a prompt to implement one BUT ask it to use specifically ios 15 or lower, write explicitly to not use features of ios versioned above 16

@schaerpfcom so make it harder than it has to be for no reason marketing and distribution is the most important, focus on that to make some money instead of complicating building more

@Jahjiren @schaerpfcom like lets say you find out that your app is boomin in china. hefty market is in xiaomi users and they want a feature on the always on rear screen and there is no native code for agent to refer too. That costs millions in losses, you cant vibe code it.

@schaerpfcom ah makes sense i get you, well i only build for iphone at the moment and haven’t had an issue but im not a technical founder at all. so vibecoding simple but useful apps is really key for me and focusing more on marketing

@Jahjiren The bar for what "one-shotting" means keeps moving. Six months ago this would've required a specialist iOS dev. Now it's a prompt. The limit isn't the tooling anymore - it's knowing what to build and for whom. That's the part that doesn't get automated.

it’s getting easier and easier

@Jahjiren Vibe coding lowers the floor. But the ceiling? Still skill. Rork one-shotted a UI, not a product.

eh the full product works as intended i think lowkey now that is solved

@Jahjiren Man Rork Max is scaaaary good

super effective hard to believe it still

@Jahjiren Yeah still cant believe this is happening either

imagine 6 months from now

@Jahjiren Cant even imagine

@Jahjiren Yeah, AI is the best at copying

i have noticed that true, what agent do you use?

@Jahjiren Depend on the task - but mainly claude.

same it’s goated, chatgpt don’t do it anymore

@Jahjiren if you make it more “brainrot” it will sell like crazy it already looks amazing

how do you suggest? definitely want to add more viral touches to it

@Jahjiren you should add emojis to suggest the thing your doing, just like apple is using it

you’re so right i’m updating that now

@Jahjiren Getting crazy tbh, let's go Rork

insane what is now possible because of their team

@Jahjiren That attention to detail truly is something

great point, i’m sure 1 more prompt would fix that part immediately

hard to believe it’s so accessible

@Jahjiren If someone were to publish Claude's code skills, wouldn't it be eliminated overnight?

@Jahjiren Recreating existing stuff is and always will be trivial. Inventing new stuff that gets recreated is the real thing to strive for.

it’s an added feature to make the app more premium the plan was never to create some sort of new apple feature

@Jahjiren Is there a diff of capability between Rork Max and Claude Code on Max subscription?

@Jahjiren huge moves, keep shipping 🚀

@Jahjiren bro this is literally crazy

absolutely insane

@Jahjiren Vide coding is now

@Jahjiren I have no clue what is mind blowing here. Is it about how easy it is to make apps?

@Jahjiren 7 minutes for onboarding that used to take a full day. the gap between idea and working UI just collapsed. curious what the full app is for?

great question, it’s a fitness app but gamified and with a tinder like motion

@Jahjiren People will do anything rather than learning , Ai is a great opportunity to learn from and do great stuff but this post show that you did not even try to even ask the ai what it did actually 😂 , please do a very quick and small research before posting anything misleading .

@Jahjiren Yeah, this is a poor take. Originality and innovation come from the people designing these things. AI is great at one-shotting existing elements because there are plenty of examples out there. But your point about AI coding something from one system in another language is cool!

@Jahjiren Rork is absolute bullocks. Nothing but an overhyped coding wrapper which is designed to capture people with less experience with any of these tools. If you know how to build apps and are aware of Frontier Lab’s $200 plans, you will never get this.

again, what have you build?

@Jahjiren Replied on the other thread.

within Rork Max i did more than i knew possible such as it created - my app screenshots for submission - my icon - added all Swift functions - payment integration with revenuecat - create an insane onboarding - screenshots for X post of my app and all laid out simple

@Jahjiren There was a simple script to do all this, I will DM it if I can find it. I haven't used revenuecat but rest can be automated with that script.

again, i'm not technical and the fact that Rork can do all of that and they have a team of 9 people won me over completely compared to the other huge app builders with 130+ employees

So my point is I don't care how many team members they have; it can be 2 or 100 or 1m. What I care about is how I spend my money and make revenue out of it. No matter what tool you use, if you can't earn. So I spend on Frontier Labs because I can do a lot more than just build iOS apps from that, but it can do it as well as Rork, because underneath Rork Max, it's Opus 4.6.

well i use to mainly code on cursor before but their usage charges stacked up fast and i switched to Rork before i became aware of claude code, and it helped me make my current projects so smoothly that it became my only coding tool replacing cursor completely but i understand not everyone will have the preference however it is mine

@Jahjiren Apps out here getting glow-ups while my code still has bugs from 2019. The future is now, I guess.

we quite literally are living in the middle of the future

@Jahjiren 200$ / month limit :D
