mobile games are a $100B industry 🤯 they are less than 11% of the apps on appstore yet bring in over 60% of the total revenue Up until now, mobile games were fully off limits if you don't have millions in funding and cracked engineers.. you simply can't compete this industry is strictly monopolized by huge appstudios but now Rork Max can build games fully generates 3D/2D models and animations in literally just a few prompts i made this one in about 10 minutes subway surfers but surviving the NY riots the game industry is about to change most mobile games profit of running ads on a super addictive game

Crossy road made $10M+ in 3 months without charging upfront With only IAP and ads Let that sink in 🤯 building a game like this was extremely complicated 5 years ago → 3D/2D models → Animation → Map design → Game loop and logic Now with Rork max you can solve all of that in 1 prompt With 1 prompt you get: →3D models →The animations →The map →and the game logic I made my own version of crossy road where you play as a lizard And all of this was added by Rork in 3 prompts Everyone is looking at apps But now it’s the time to build a million dollar video game

The biggest bottleneck in screen time blocker apps has been completely removed What took over 1 month and 4 forms for Ernesto Lopez and Mau Baron now takes just 1-7 days max and 1 form Now you just have to file a single form within the link below took me 1 prompt with rork max since it uses swiftui (apple's native language) this feature has insane leverage however within react native this can be very buggy

You are wasting your time, these are the top 5 onboardings in the app space Generating over $184,000,000/year together There’s no reason to reinvent the wheel You can literally replicate these in minutes using Rork with Opus 4.5 This is the winning onboarding structure:

this game is going to ruin so many lives 😭 spent an hour getting cooked by the game Rork made me tilt to steer was a 4d chess move the immersion is unreal and I personally hate unchallenging games easy is boring that’s probably why i love business oh and that's aria on my Macbook sneak peek at what’s next 👀 giving claude a voice

this is either the smartest or dumbest 😭 decision i’ve made for my app i pivoted my already approved app entirely > new app flow > AR tracking > Gamification > new app loop everything done in just a few days with help off Rork Max + Opus 4.6 is my app more of a gym app or a productivity app now? awaiting screen time API approval

Vibecoding is dangerously addicting Last week I built 12 apps Most of them took 1-2 prompts with + Opus 4.5 But here’s what really matters In the next prompt, you make it completely your own: → your own taste → your own positioning → tailored to your niche But we both already know something That’s not how you end up making millions Those $10M apps didn’t just get lucky Their onboarding & app loops are years of trial and error The real game is focus: → Pick 1-2 validated App ideas → Add your own taste + positioning → Then scale them aggressively So why waste time and money rediscovering what already works? So I made a decision Only 1 new app as I scale my others “Flow State” I’ll be building and scaling this one in public Next post: Update #3

this is the dumbest $700k/month app i've ever seen 🤯 Magic Tiles 3 is a freemium piano game with 2M downloads/mo avg their exact playbook was: → nailed ASO for free organic installs → then poured money into paid ads → added 1,000+ songs to keep you hooked the game is simple on purpose but made super addictive with stuff like → multipliers → haptic feedback → and more i've never made anything involving sound so i wasn't sure if i could recreate it but ofc Rork Max is cracked and 1 shot it i got so much nostalgia playing this i loved played this when i was a kid i can’t believe i lived long enough to make my own

if marketing isn’t working for your app then you probably haven’t tried this 🤷♂️ Wispr Flow is valued at $2B+ and they love using this exact format → comparing between 2 choices → showing the product not telling the proof it works is the fact it’s a paid ad it blew up organically and now they doubled down the best apps do the same

Screen recording your own app is the most slept on distribution strategy right now Just prove to people it works and how That's exactly what I'm doing with my fitness app across 5 accounts The product literally sells itself 3 gym apps making $800k-2M+ Using AI content, UGC, Faceless I’ll test all of them and see which ones performed best

this app founder is a genius 😭 the app is at $153K/mo, launched 4 mo ago that video alone at 13.9 M views made a couple thousand minimum they’re scaling super fast with UGC and got over 100+ organic creators currently the apps demo is STUPID clear 3k+ ppl asking for the app name

Everyone overcomplicates apps That’s exactly why they don’t win It’s actually much simpler than people think Like Alex Nguyen says: Use AI to solve a real problem faster then wrap that solution in a B2C app That’s it People want to pay They’re just not paying you because there’s no real value So of course you have zero confidence to place a hard paywall The truth is, you can ship a real app in 7 days now using + Opus 4.5 It took me 3 clicks to attach backend and to connect RevenueCat I’ve built a few just messing around Some took minutes If you’re still overthinking, someone else is already shipping your million dollar idea

This app category is INSANE 🤯 Habit trackers printing $30k–$200k/m It’s one of the most competitive spaces and it still doesn’t matter Everyone when getting into apps starts with either a habit tracker or a calorie tracker Yet, 99% of people fail hard because they don't distribute I built my entire app with And even attached 4 VIRAL examples of exactly how to market this niche:
