Yorkshire Water threatened Welton Waters Adventure Centre - a valued charity in my constituency - with fines over a leaking pipe they did not damage and could not reasonably control. When the Centre and neighbouring businesses asked for help, Yorkshire Water said no. That is not good enough. I will write to Yorkshire Water to demand a proper explanation, and better treatment for local charities and businesses.
