Disingenuous considering how long he's been here. Vrabel's more complex defense and then the timeframe to get guys up to speed are unknowns. You can give Wilson his props while also having some awareness here.

This is unfair on Vrabel, yes he may have been a terrible coach but you could see how much he cared by the amount of swear words he used in the media
