Rupert Lowe has proposed that he and Nigel Farage set aside their personal differences for Reform and Restore to work together before the next general election. Though the terms of an agreement remain vague, Farage said he remains open to a deal. The offer came as Labour broke Reform's 300+ opinion poll lead, casting doubt on the inevitability of their election victory. An extra 100,000+ members, 3 - 7 per cent of the vote, Rupert Lowe's seat on the Public Accounts Committee, exuberant Zoomer staff, and regaining credibility on demographics and deportations are all significant benefits Reform stands to gain from incorporating Restore. But within a day, discussions descended into bickering over who failed to answer whose texts, with supporters and media surrogates on both sides blaming the other for negotiations breaking down. This is so frustrating, because the leaders of Reform and Restore agree on almost all of Rupert's five principles. Mass deportations for illegal migrants, reversing mass legal migration, cutting the welfare bill, and pursuing energy abundance are already Reform policy. While Reform haven't matched Rupert's rhetoric on restoring demographic security for the white British natives, Farage has released a Substack post expressing concerns about them becoming an imminent minority with no political advocates. As for the death penalty: Richard Tice, Lee Anderson, and likely Zia Yusuf already support it. A referendum on capital punishment would win the party more votes. Even some senior Reform figures regret Tory defections, like Nadhim Zahawi and Nadine Dorries, and would rather they departed the party. Lowe would have to compromise on having Suella Braverman and Robert Jenrick in Reform's cabinet, but perhaps suitable roles could be found for all before Reform Conference. The likelihood of a unified front diminishes the more that partisans and saboteurs throw insults and invent conspiracies. It would be a great shame if they, or interpersonal bitterness, got in the way of this opportunity.

It is made on the grounds that the people who are actually native to those islands, the Chagossians, weren't consulted by the government before their homeland was given away to a foreign power. We are two days away from the Makerfield by-election, and the establishment media is incensed about Restore Britain. MPs in Reform, Labour, the Conservatives, and Liberal Democrats came together to condemn Rupert Lowe — proving he is the only man outside the Uniparty. The Daily Mail dedicated two front pages to smearing Restore Britain and its young supporters. They recycled slurs from Stand Up To Racism, and falsehoods retracted by Counterfire Magazine, to call Callum Barker, Angloid, and others attending the Remigration Summit as “neo-Nazis” and “white supremacists”. They sank as low as commissioning Boris Johnson’s cheerleader, Tory defector to Reform Nadine Dorries to write a hit piece on Rupert’s dead dog. Seems like they’re protecting their vested interests. The Mail intended to help Paul Marshall, owner of GB News and the Spectator, purchase the Telegraph via a UAE investment firm. Farage originally opposed the deal, until Marshall backed Reform, and the UAE government flew him out to Dubai last December. Nadhim Zahawi was brokering the deal between Redbird Capital and the Barclays family, and was rumoured to be the next Telegraph chairman. Zahawi defected to Reform in January, and was going to be their Foreign Affairs spokesman — until Reform realised their base hates him. Restore’s support in Makerfield has them worried. Labour’s polls put them on double digits. Restore’s canvassing returns have them as high as 24 per cent. Reform insist they’re on single figures, set to lose their deposit, but they aren’t acting like they believe that. Farage is getting asked about Rupert Lowe wherever he goes. They’ve spent all their slurs, and the party isn’t even six months old. Call them whatever you like: millions of people will still refuse to vote for recycled Tories. When every political party, the Daily Mail, Danny Finkelstein, the Sun, GB News, the Economist, the Guardian, and Hope Not Hate are all on the same side, attacking the same target, then you can be sure they’re the only ones who aren’t controlled opposition. Rupert, in interviews with the Times and the Telegraph, refused to disavow anyone. He has responded to these smears with his characteristic “I don’t care,” replying, “If you define common sense as far-Right, I’m happy to be called far-Right. I’m not going to be put down by some woke creeps telling us we’re racist.” The cordon sanitaire has failed. Containment has been breached. And whether Restore comes second, third, or first in Makerfield, everyone else is fighting elections on their terms going forward.

It was my pleasure to interview Rear Admiral Chris Parry for this week's episode of David Starkey Talks. Having now joined Reform, and given his 35 year career in the Royal Navy, I wanted to hear his response to the allegations against Nigel Farage that he is sympathetic to Russia. Chris reminded me of the Labour MP who, during the Falklands War in which Chris was fighting, revealed in Parliament that British intelligence was reading Argentina's diplomatic traffic. Where is that man now? The Labour Party elevated him to the House of Lords.

Enough is enough! Stop the boats. Deport all the criminals. Put British citizens and British victims first. No more funding the legal defense of those who invaded Britain to rape women and girls. Unbelievable! Rupert Lowe MP spent months trying to destroy Reform UK and Nigel Farage over one disagreement. Now he has come on Beyoncé’s Internet (now that his party is underperforming) to ask Nigel Farage to let go of the disagreement? The only person that was holding onto the disagreement was Rupert 😂 Where was his desperation to “put the country first” when he was slagging off Reform/ Nigel Farage every 5 minutes on X??? Do me a favour The best thing Rupert can do for the “betterment of the country” is shut down his party. I do not think Nigel should not accept this offer because… 1. Reform do not need Restore. Restore need Reform. 2. Loyalty is everything in politics. Rupert did not display any loyalty when he ran to the press to say Nigel “acts like messiah”, started his own party intentionally knocking off votes from reform and slagging off Nigel/ Reform every 5 minutes online.

Jewish activists crashed a Reform UK event on Tuesday and told Nigel Farage he would have deported their ancestors in the 1930s and that he had “incited attacks” on refugees and minority groups. Farage was speaking at London’s Central Synagogue for the launch of the Reform Jewish Alliance (RJA), a Jewish members' group the activists say will be used to whitewash the party’s treatment of other minorities. The activists were from Na'amod, Jewish Anti-Zionist Action, and other groups affiliated with the Jewish Bloc for Palestine. “It’s not surprising to see disgraced rightwing provocateurs and former spokespeople for Israel’s genocidal government make overtures to Farage’s Reform,” said Max Hammer, a spokesperson for the Jewish Bloc for Palestine. “But we’re dismayed and disgusted to see the Central Synagogue play along. How can a synagogue provide a platform to a man who allegedly spent his school days saying that Hitler was right?” He added: “We cannot stay silent when known antisemites use our sacred spaces to try and launder their reputation. Farage and his ilk are dangerous to Jews, dangerous to Muslims, and dangerous to all minority groups in the UK.
