I used to wear sunglasses religiously Not only because “cool factor” but because I was taught it protects the eyes I read similar opinions a few years ago and stopped wearing sunglasses I do on occasion, when there is significant glare, but other than that I’m not usually wearing them. Appreciate the share Would love to hear or see more concrete stats or research done so I can show my friends and family! If one has to wear sunglasses, polarized or non-polarized?

I have not worn sunglasses in about 10 years.
