Persian = Iranian

@sharghzadeh Wrong. You are repeating a cardinal error. Persian and Iranian are interchangeable just as Persia and Iran are. Persian in English refers to the whole of Iran. Furthermore despite misinformation online there is no separate “Persian” ethnicity apart from other Iranians.

Iran = Aryana = Afghanistan Persians have stolen Afghanistan’s history, but they can’t hide the truth for long. When it’s bad time even hyenas attack the lions. Persia = Pesis Persian/Persis are not even Arians unfortunately.

I don’t agree with this definition of “Persian as an ethnicity.” It’s not historically accurate nor does it capture the sense with which people use the phrase in today’s English

hey do you like cinematic music?

I usually introduce myself as Persian- Armenian because I believe the term "Persia" brings into the attention of the audience the glorious ancient empires such as Cyrus the great, Arses of Persia and etc..

Can you do a video about Tajiks and what the Iranian Persians perspective is regarding us? Thanks.

@sharghzadeh I love how this little millennial dork speaks so authoritatively for foreigners about things even when he’s absolutely wrong.

Persian has been confused for Iranian on the international level. Persian really meant the people of Pars in the Hakhamanesh era. Persian people today are a mix of Persian speaking people who are Iranian, they aren’t a continuation of ancient Persians.

I honestly thought only Persian Jews called themselves Persian.
