@USEEOC And Asians? Just adding this here to make a point. We were discriminated against alongside Caucasians, and in many cases were treated worse. Hiring or admissions on anything other than merit piss me off because the decades of it hurt our country. 😡

@USEEOC Yes! Many Asians have been harmed by DEI policies as well.

@EF039229637459 @USEEOC Asians in America are DEI any one who immigrated to this country for a job is a DEI hire

@andrealucasEEOC @USEEOC Not all Asians who came here came on work visas. I came several decades ago as a Legal Permanent Resident. My family and I love America, even though we had to work so very hard here (and still do). This is home.

@KCobrea @andrealucasEEOC @USEEOC Thanks for coming to our country the right way and becoming another amazing American. Also adding a fiber of strength to our country. We welcome you

@KCobrea @andrealucasEEOC @USEEOC Thank you. ❤️

@AuronMacintyre @USEEOC Does this count for banks and major payment processing companies?

@AuronMacintyre @USEEOC If you were an employee or applicant for employment, yes—EEOC has jurisdiction over most companies, including banks and major payment processing companies.

@StephenM @USEEOC Are you a whiny white male that wants reparations?

@USEEOC What about discrimination against US Citizens with jobs given out to non-us citizens?! Because this is definitely happening at companies like Amex, Lucid, Microsoft, IMB, Oracle, and more. If you are a south indian (tamil) you get hired no matter your experience

@USEEOC Yes! Another high priority is addressing anti-American bias (national origin discrimination). Check out more info here:

@USEEOC Thank you! Living in the bay area in california; this is a very prominent issue. Unfortunately, this is displacing so many US Citizens. And they pay cash to staffing companies who pay hiring managers to get jobs. Its India’s mentality brought to the US. Pay off people.

@USEEOC I had to score higher on my entrance test to get into the police academy in the late 90s than non white males. How much is that worth?

@USEEOC An entire generation of genius was wiped out. Who knows where we would be, if not for these discriminatory policies?

@USEEOC The government would go broke We’ve been experiencing racism from government sanctioned affirmative action for 50 years What a fucking joke. Are you going to pay me for being denied jobs from when I was in my 20s? Because I could name at least 5

@USEEOC I remember seeing this post from a Dropbox employee and legit being shocked they’d put discriminatory hiring practices in writing publicly

@USEEOC White Reparation Supositories

Trump claims the 14th Amendment and civil rights laws were meant only for Black Americans--then uses that narrow reading to target non-white immigrants. Yet, Trump is silent when white plaintiffs use civil rights statutes to allege “reverse discrimination.” The law gets weaponized by whites in both directions.

@USEEOC White man reparations just dropped

@USEEOC The Trump admin are fucking pigs.

@USEEOC

@USEEOC What if an Indian C-suite guy was brought in, and he has systematically fired 90% of Americans and replaced them with Indians on H-1B? This exact scenario is playing out in companies across the country.

Subpoena and interview all the head hunting firms that worked with corporate America to do recruiting of job candidates. I bet you’ll find communications where some companies were asking for minority candidates and telling the headhunters not to send over white candidates…. that’s my guess

@USEEOC I've brought quite a few of these cases and it's very encouraging to have the government on our side.

@USEEOC There are no available dates for Houston. The two dates that are showing available in June have no time slots. Just another scam…

@USEEOC EEOC currently is working on a major project improving our intake process, to decrease wait times. You can file a charge inquiry online without any appointment—that will get you in our system.

@USEEOC We generally require charging parties to do an initial interview before formalizing a final charge, so we can counsel employees about their rights and ensure they are comfortable filing—an EEOC charge is served on the employer in question, but otherwise 100% confidential.

@USEEOC While the law clearly prohibits retaliation for filing an EEOC charge or otherwise participating in an EEOC investigation, we want to confirm charging parties are ok with proceeding with filing and resulting notice going to the employer.

I have been unable to find work for nearly 22 years now and I believe it is because of discrimination. I even won this case, but received no monetary compensation. Currently campaigning to be a Senator so I can put an end to what is happening to American Workers.

@USEEOC I have experienced discrimination at work based on my sex. But I am not a white man. Will you help me?

The regime of anti-white persecution is ending. DEI was never about fairness; it was a systemic purge of competence based on race. Lucas is correctly weaponizing the civil rights apparatus to dismantle this institutionalized racism. The Left created these weapons of litigation to destroy us, so it is poetic justice that we now use them to bankrupt their discriminatory diversity bureaucracies. Every passed-over white male has a duty to file. Flood the system. Make them pay for every promotion stolen in the name of "equity."

@USEEOC Why white women have benefited the most from DEI programs. 🤷♂️✍🏾

@USEEOC Calling all MAGA snowflakes

@USEEOC I made my complaint today. First appointment open is next May. Not kidding.

@USEEOC EEOC currently is working on a major project improving our intake process, to decrease wait times for interviews. Also, if you go to your local EEOC office, you typically can be interviewed same-day:

@USEEOC You need to incentivize whistleblowers. Those who were denied jobs never saw the memos that torpedoed their applications. Those who were singled out for layoffs never saw the memos their bosses exchanged with HR.

@USEEOC So if you're "black" and get discriminated against and you try to prove via lawsuit and the courts hit you with the "but for" standard which is almost impossible to prove like they did black billionaire Byron Allen, can we also come to you or nah, this is for your race only?

@USEEOC Easy to fumble simple words when dog whistling , but maybe that was your best take.

@USEEOC

@USEEOC Hahaha holy hell. Oh yes yes! Mediocre white folk, reclaim your place in line, ahead of the highly qualified people of color! Just like in days of old… call it “The Caucasian Age!” 🤡

@USEEOC “Are you a Black male who has experienced discrimination at work based on your race or sex? You may have a claim to recover money under federal civil rights laws. Contact the @USEEOC as soon as possible.” - does this also apply?

@StephenM @USEEOC What about white females? Don't be discriminatory.

@StephenM @USEEOC If you are a white woman and you have experienced discrimination based on your race or sex, you also may be eligible to file a complaint of discrimination. All race and sex discrimination is unlawful.

@USEEOC Any company publishing a diversity report should be investigated. To maintain those artificial numbers, they almost certainly committed countless violations in hiring and firing. Do discovery on all of them!

Title VII already covers white men. The EEOC even says there’s no such thing as “reverse” discrimination, just discrimination, and the same standard applies to everyone. But this video reads less like neutral enforcement and more like political targeting. Your own guidance says DEI is a broad term, and it becomes unlawful only when an employer takes an employment action motivated by race or sex. Lead with that, not a culture-war casting call.

@USEEOC This is a mockery of Civil Rights Laws, it's offensive, insulting, and more evidence that the lineage of evil continues to this day.

In the 1990s, I was developing software systems for a college. One of my systems allowed employers to quickly hire candidates of their choice for co-ops and internships, much easier than at competing colleges. Once employers discovered it, they swooped in and took every non-white and female I had. They weren't able to see race or gender in the system, but they learned that with a quick interview. One day a company that was known for being "Big" came late to the party. An internship with them would be life-changing for many. They asked for juniors and seniors; they wanted the top students. I lined up 16 for interviews. These students, some who could barely afford it, went out and bought expensive suits, practiced for the interviews, and went to the school's services for help preparing. All of them, because there was no other choice, were white males. After the interviews, I met with the company representative who was not-white. He was visibly uncomfortable and asked for more students. He subtly communicated that the additional candidates shouldn't be male or white. I had a couple of options, but they were freshman and sophomores, not what the company had asked for. Nor did they have GPAs the company indicated it wanted. They ended up hiring two of these choices anyway. Many of the original 16 came to me to learn what happened. I can't remember what I told them, but I sensed they knew. I thought society had moved on from race-based or gender-based discrimination. I was wrong. I don't even like thinking about it. Disgusting!

@USEEOC This is the absolute dumbest fucking thing ever.
