I’ve learned three such truths. 1. Salt is necessary for proper body function 2. Cholesterol is necessary and should be 300-450 3. Carbohydrates contain no nutritional value Just what I found, I advise people to do their own research. 🧐

Yes. Usually Himalayan or Celtic depending on the need. They lied to us about salt as well.

Is there any particular type of salt that you might recommend for instance, I have Celtic sea salt as well as Himalayan pink salt is there something I'm missing? I drink this stuff daily along with ivermectin.
