Yes. Usually Himalayan or Celtic depending on the need. They lied to us about salt as well.

So basically whatever our doctor is telling us to do we need to do the opposite in this case of course?

Is there any particular type of salt that you might recommend for instance, I have Celtic sea salt as well as Himalayan pink salt is there something I'm missing? I drink this stuff daily along with ivermectin.

Celtic sea salt. Table salt is poison.
