REAL salt, NOT iodized poison...

Salt also lowers glucose levels! I was borderline diabetic and when I started adding Celtic salt to my water and all my food, my glucose levels fell dramatically

humans are essential a salt battery, we needs lots of salt, just not table salt.

That's why the first IV they give you in the hospital is saline, salt. They know it helps, not hurt. Lying liars and their lies. The whole medical system is an insurance and big pharma scam. Eat more good salt, not the crap in a round blue canister.

I consume a lot of celtic salt. Zero health problems. I would never consume table salt - it is an excellent weed killer..

Not all salts are the same though. “Table salt” is full of chemicals make sure you are actually getting salt and not a chemical concoction.

At this point, everything the "Health police" vow is healthy. Do the EXACT opposite.

Have started drinking my water with added Celtic salt. Can't stand the taste of water without it!

They can't have anyone disturbing their revenue stream!

"electric salt battery bodies "

They want you to take their “salt” made from snake venom. Remember, whatever the doctors and government tell you to do, do the opposite.

Research has observed and measured, that consuming a low sodium diet will acutely impair insulin sensitivity. Sodium restriction worsens insulin resistance and doesn't improve blood pressure, but it makes great profits for Big Pharma.

No. This was an absolute gold find. My sodium level is low. Under the guidelines. extremely low.

Salts are the fuel for the battery - the human battery

Not enough salt gives you headaches. A lot of money is made from headaches by patented 'products' all over teevee commercials.

So who did the study for twenty years?

Is this true @grok

Not geo salt

But NOT table salt. Get 84 mineral salt (see Dr Barbara O’Neill you tube)

I've eaten Hella salt, and I'm super healthy and never get sick. I don't believe any of these doctors and I don't go to the doctors 💯

@grok please advise the exact name of the study being referenced in the video in the above post. Please also provide an electronic link to the said study.

I love salt

I agree with Dr Ardis but distinction should be made between high temperature kiln dried table salt and natural sun dried sea salt. One harms and one heals.

😘🇺🇸

Make sure it’s a sea salt ppl! 🙏

I take some exception to this. Sure, we require some NaCl, apparently, but it needs to be in proportion to the KCl, at least 2:1 K, but I prefer 4:1, as in dulse seaweed. All red seaweeds are rejuvenating. Even Big Ag has caught on to the extent that huge, ocean floating seaweed farm of one species have been created to keep down the number of dead animals as slaughter time approaches. What do we use NaCl for? For keeping microbes from eating out food. You get too much & you pickle your organs too. Salt in summertime leads to sunstroke. Eat watermelon, berries, & salads. You'll sweat like a pig in 90-degree heat pulling weeds, but the person next to you eating Pringles and fries won't be able to stand outside. I ran my only marathon with no water or electrolyte consumption at all simply because it was a course I laid out with my car doing laps around my neighbothood, so there were no Porta-Potties or refreshment stands in sight. I knew if ran back to my apartment to use the bathroom, I would've stopped for good. At 9am, when I went out, it was only going to be an other practice 18-miles or maybe 21, but once I got to 18, I was still keeping my pace & felt good, so I kept going. Shortly after that, I ran out of gas, and it all became mind over matter the rest of the way. I was aiming for 4 hrs at 58-yrs old, but it ended up at about 4-1/2 instead. One of my 15-mile practice runs was on July 4, and it was 95 degrees. The stone masons repairing a garage opening that day were dying out there with their Cokes and pizzas. They could believe what I was doing in front of them for over 2 hrs. Sorry for TMI. I'm much older now and have no intention of ever repeated that experience.

Great Dr we love you Dr .
