Revero: "that'll be $200/mo" for what? You won't cover Work/Insurance Physicals. "Coaching, bloodwork." Coaching to eat meat? "Well, most of our people are not on the Carnivore diet." So Carnivore is not good? "Oh, it's the best. You gonna join or not?"

My joint pain is easy to manage: don't eat plants. I like being pain-free and not swollen. Do I miss watermelon, onions, rice, berries, spinach & other greens, etc? Yes. I like walking/hiking better.

In England the nhs don't tell you anything. You have to learn about health yourself or become a pharma victim

Any help with familial tremors (i.e. hereditary)? Carnivore 6 mo and just starting with occasional tremors, but my father has them horribly.

RA 23 years. Broke my ankle over a year ago. Surgeon took me off Rinvoq said continue W/HCQ. RA doc said might not have healed on biologic. Still on HVQ & doing great. We do a basic keto diet too.

I have osteoarthritis in both knees. Pain is only when Iâve been sitting or driving for a while. Seventy years old. No meds, ever. Iâm fully carnivore and have been for a couple of years. Joint pain has not improved. Iâm currently trying PRP stem cell treatments. I love carnivore, joint pain or no. I have lost weight and my waist has shrunk almost two inches. Carnivore, however, is not a panacea.

I do keto/carnivore. Just depends. RA is improved but even when I was mostly carnivore I still have some issues. I have backed off meds but not gotten off of them for good. Am 52 yo and have had this since 15 months.
