State officers can be rich but when they openly flaunt the wealth, how do you think a poor person who can’t afford a Ksh 200 meal feels? She shows a car worth Ksh 30 million which is probably not hers. What do you think a poor person with no hope for tomorrow feels?

Here are the youths camping at his office telling him that they don't want money, they want jobs. RUTO’S CALL TO MACRON ENDS ODINGA’S AU CANDIDACY: In his infinite stupidity, outgoing Kenya President William Samoei Ruto, PhD said that he had spoken to France President Emmanuel Macron over the conflict in Eastern DRC. France viewed as funding the never-ending conflicts in their former colonies which have seen calls to shut down foreign bases and even depart from the regional currency CFA. Kenya had also sent its troops to DRC who were then later accused of collaborating with Rwanda-backed M23. Because of that, the Kenyan embassy in Congo was raided by protestors together with other countries from the region. William Ruto is said to be interested in the gold business and is a beneficiary of the crisis in the region. He has previously supported Sudan’s rebel leader Mohammed Dagalo Hemedti and is has been aiding oligarchs from Somalia to “colonize” Kenya through state-capture of strategic sectors. Because of this unsolicited meddling, William Ruto has effectively crushed Raila Odinga’s hopes of clinching the Africa Union chairmanship as the Francophone countries who want nothing to do with their former colonial masters expressed their anger over Ruto’s attempt to impose Macron in African issues.

We have visa regulations left, right and centre. Twenty-seven countries in Europe today with 430 million people removed visas. We still have visas. Let me persuade us that it is time we in this continent realise that having visa restrictions amongst ourselves is working against us. When people cannot travel, businesspeople cannot travel, entrepreneurs cannot travel, we all become net losers. I am very happy that now we are moving in the direction of eliminating visas amongst ourselves. Let me say this. As Kenya🇰🇪, by the end of this year, no African will be required to have a visa to come to Kenya. Our children from this continent should not be locked in borders in Europe and also be locked in borders in Africa. ~ Dr. William Samoei Ruto, PhD, President of Kenya. #NoVisas

So, why is President William Ruto taxing and borrowing at the same time? Well, let's all agree that all the external loans that were taken in the 10 years of Uhuru Kenyatta started to fall due in 2023, right? Kenya is currently using almost 60% of its revenue towards the repayment of interest on loans and loan installments. Where does this leave Ruto's administration? With only 40% to manage both the recurrent and development budgets, can 40% fund even a recurrent budget alone? The answer is no. What does Ruto do? He has to borrow in order to manage both recurrent and development budgets.

Mandera power outage: KPLC outrage! Mandera residents today held a demonstration to protest lack of electricity after KPLC power plant collapsed once again, plunging the town into darkness. For several months now, there has been no stable power in the town of 200,000 people. Businesses, hotels, hospitals, etc all adversely affected. Residents have resorted to buying iceblocks from across the border in Somalia. KPLC recently installed 2 new generators just before William Samoei Ruto, PhD tour. Power disappeared shortly after he left. 60 yrs after independence, Mandera, like Wajir, is not yet connected to the national grid. Worse, KPLC cannot maintain the standalone generators. It's a company heavily subsidized by the Government. A big shame. The Kenya Power & Lighting Company Plc. Is a criminal enterprise & the power outage in Mandera could be a sabotage. The leadership of The Kenya Power & Lighting Company Plc._Care has failed to serve Mandera. It is inconceivable that the County administration & all the MPscan sit pretty when the headquarters is in darkness. It's not about functions. The Governor should walk into State House Kenya & demand this critical service for the people of Mandera. Or concession it to the private sector! Aibu!

Parents will not pay the full cost of the university programmes because the Government will provide upto 95 percent support to each student. The New Funding Model for universities has made higher education more accessible and affordable for all students. The government offers scholarships and loans tailored to meet the varying needs of students: - Students from vulnerable families are placed in Band 1 and receive 95% government support. - Students in Band 2 receive 90% support. - Students in Band 3 receive 80% support. - Students in Band 4 receive 70% support. - Students in Band 5 receive 60% support. As promised by the President, No one is left behind!

Mr President to me you are the one delaying this country to Singapore because of the following reason. I can't get level 4 hospital from kakamega county because of EGP for the last 4 months .EGP has stopped all gvt procurement services even to county levels . How can we move without gvt procuring for the last 6 months. President William Samoei Ruto you can't micromanage everything at the same time and change is gradual. Indeed we are behind and you are the reason .
