🇮🇩 Residents in Aceh Tamiang, Indonesia, rescued two dolphins that got stuck in shallow water near an old fishpond in Seruway District. Fishermen first spotted them in a mangrove channel, weak as the tide went down. Locals waited for the water to rise, then spent about four hours carefully pushing and guiding the dolphins, each over two metres long, through the narrow channels until they reached deeper water and could swim back out to sea. No one knows for sure why the dolphins ended up there, but thanks to the quick action of the residents, both made it safely back to their home waters. 🐬
