Army officer pepper spayed during traffic stop

Cop told him he should be afraid. Guy should have stayed in the car. Sounds like those cops were snorting coke and what to kick someone’s ass now. Hope dude sued the fuck out of them.

Police said they pulled him over for not having a visible rear license plate, but in the footage, a temporary license plate can be seen in the rear window of Nazario's then-new SUV. Nazario was not charged in the incident. One of the officers was fired for not following department policy and the 2nd LT. was awarded $3685 in a lawsuit.

Cops usually tell their reasoning for escalation. No reason presented for the man to leave the car

I don’t know where this is at, but after watching video I wouldn’t be surprised if his base commander doesn’t call the mayor & tell them if you’re going treat my officers, or enlisted, this way over a traffic stop I’m going to make your town off-limits to to my troops.

These cops needed to be fired and this guy paid out a lot of money

Stupid folks in the comments. How he suppose to keep his hands outside the window AND get out the car with his seat belt on? Soo reach for it and get killed? For context - this is an old video. He pulled over at a gas station that was well lit up instead of immediately.
