Seeking asylum is not the same as drinking and driving. Under U.S. law, individuals have the right to seek asylum regardless of their manner of entry into the country. This means that even if someone enters the United States between official ports of entry, they are still eligible to apply for asylum. Things get even more complicated and inhumane if you consider the fact that there are thousands and thousands of immigrants who have had children born in the United States. I am all for protecting our border and stemming immigration, but we have to do it in a humane and ethical way.

I am not as yet, but more and more people are becoming State Nationals and withdrawing for the United States Corporations and it's policy enforcement. Remember, ALL cities are corporations and Police Officer work for cities and NOT "unincorporated" areas that are controlled by counties. Take a listen to this gentleman NOT get a ticket or have his unregistered vehicle towed by the "Police" or "policy enforcement officer". It's a tricky dance with English diction in order to not fall into their enforcement jurisdiction. This gentleman handled it perfectly. In order to be a State national you need to change the type of passport you have which will legally allow you to travel freely in the United States and the rest of the world for that matter. Also there are several court documents, state documents, with your name change that needs to happen in order for you to fully retrieve your trust. Had he been ticketed or his vehicle towed by an uninformed Deputy or Police Officer, the court would release the ticket and give him his "automobile" back with no fees paid. If you are a police officer and you really want to be in Constitutional "law enforcement" you need to work with a County as a Sheriff Deputy, or in my case, a criminal investigator working for the county District Attorney's office. Interesting to say the least...

Michigan Democrats are terrified Biden will implode and drag them down. So today they bet the bank and went all out to codify election fraud into state statute with SB 603. Today they smashed through this gigantic pile of election-fraud-enabling legislation today with Democrat only votes. SB603 Repeals current law that gives authority to bipartisan county Boards of Canvassers to investigate fraud and other wrongdoing including ballot tampering during recounts. With the passage of their (election-fraud-enabling) Bill, there will be no future route for requesting a recount if you believe there was fraud. Under their corruption bill, candidates will be prohibited from requesting a recount if they suspect fraud and is designed to stop investigations of election fraud by the Board of Canvassers. This disgusting bill will now permit clerks to recount ballots even if seals are broken on ballot containers and was essentially written by the Secretary of State who was reversed multiple times, by our Supreme Court for her illegal election decisions. The bill changes the standard for a candidate or party to petition for a recount of election results from alleging there has been “mistake or fraud” in the process to now only permitting alleging there has been an “error.” So even if the candidate or Party is absolutely convinced there was fraud, this cannot be alleged or investigated. To boot, this Democrat’s bill makes it tougher to do a recount by doubling the recount petition fees and making it a felony for 'interfering' with a recount without any clear definition of what that means to open up more “LAWFARE.” If passed as is, the language is changed to prohibit a recount, investigation or audit of the conduct of an election when fraud is alleged to only a determination of the number of votes cast for one candidate or another, or a ballot question. Lastly, the bill says a recount could not assess the qualification of the voters participating in an election, or the manner in which ballots are applied for, or issued to voters. Wow isn’t that a doozy. If illegals, or dead people, or those not registered in Mich. are voting, we cannot “assess the qualification of those voters or the manner in which those ballots were applied for and issued to these voters.” Yep, the Democrats have completely thrown off the mask with this terrible bill attempting to win at any cost-our Republic... be damned.

After more than 25 years of dedicated service, the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office recognizes the retirement of Deputy Brian Harris and K9 Ava. During his career, Deputy Harris served across many divisions within our office, including Detention, House Arrest, the Training Division, and Patrol, as well as 14 years with the WCSO K9 Unit. In that time, he helped develop and guide the program through his leadership, experience, and commitment to preparing both deputies and K9 teams for the demands of the job. K9 Ava faithfully served alongside Deputy Harris for six years, helping ensure the safety of our deputies, partner agencies, and the community. First, to the Floridians who pay our bills: The University of Florida will always uphold speech and assembly rights, and we will also always follow the law. Too much of higher education has been captured by a lot of nonsense over the course of the last weeks, and that won't happen at the University of Florida. To the law enforcement officers who have kept things peaceful: Thank you. Your professionalism has been amazing. Over the course of the last two weeks in particular, you have been long suffering, giving protestors the right to exercise their free speech rights, but also the opportunity to come into compliance with our time, place & manner restrictions. Our goal has not been to arrest. It has been to help people get into compliance with the law. And what you have done in the face of being spit on, being shouted at with profanities, has been amazing. The professionalism of our law enforcement is a model for lots and lots of people across the country. To the protestors: You have heard us say this again and again. You have a constitutional right to protest, and we will protect that. But anyone who crosses the line with prohibited actions will face the consequences. This is a big university where not everyone is going to agree. We have 86,000 souls on this campus, and we will treat each other with respect. Unlike many institutions across the country, I'm incredibly proud that over the course of our 21 commencements over the last six days, we were able to celebrate our students and celebrate their families, which is the purpose of the commencement time. Too often in our time and place, we give the most voice to the loudest and angriest people. The University of Florida is not filled with angry people, and it's been wonderful to see a lot of moms have tears streaming down their cheeks as we were able to hold commencements over the course of the last week. And that's because of the fortitude and professionalism in particular of our law enforcement. And finally, to our Jewish students: UF is proud to be home to the most Jewish students anywhere in the country. 🚨 California just voted to pass AB 2624 aka “The Stop Nick Shirley Act”: This bill puts journalists at civil risk for investigating fraud and makes it harder to expose fraud in “immigration support services,” including NGOs, nonprofits and health care facilities that receive hundreds of millions from the state of California each year. This bill would have made it criminal to expose fake hospices in LA or the Somali “learing center” in Minnesota if they then claim “reasonable fear” and the business owner gives a written demand not to post the video. Plain and simple, California is trying to make it harder to expose fraud and scare individuals from investigating fraud in their communities, as they could be sued for an injunction to remove the video + forced to pay their attorney fees + minimum $4,000 in damages. The Attorney General's wife, Mia Bonta, created this bill and is now trying to make it law. How is this not a conflict of interest? California is full of FRAUDSTERS!

FBI Omaha hosted a press conference yesterday with our law enforcement partners announcing the arrest of five individuals involved in an alleged conspiracy to engage in labor trafficking, sex trafficking, and other criminal activity at several hotel locations and “brow and lash” salons across Nebraska. Eugune Kowel, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Omaha, stated, “Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery. This investigation revealed victims right here in the heart of the heartland forced into sexual activity, living and working in dangerous and filthy conditions, and extorted to work in grueling jobs with little to no pay. We will always stand shoulder to shoulder with our partners to aggressively identify and apprehend perpetrators of human trafficking, hold them accountable, and obtain justice for victims. Our approach to these horrific cases is always centered on the victims. We encourage anyone who may be a victim or have information about human trafficking to call us. We will continue to surge resources to arrest violent offenders in our community as part of the FBI’s Summer Heat Initiative.” Human trafficking cannot be combatted by one agency alone. FBI Omaha hosted a press conference yesterday with our law enforcement partners announcing the arrest of five individuals involved in an alleged conspiracy to engage in labor trafficking, sex trafficking, and other criminal activity at several hotel locations and “brow and lash” salons across Nebraska. Eugune Kowel, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Omaha, stated, “Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery. This investigation revealed victims right here in the heart of the heartland forced into sexual activity, living and working in dangerous and filthy conditions, and extorted to work in grueling jobs with little to no pay. We will always stand shoulder to shoulder with our partners to aggressively identify and apprehend perpetrators of human trafficking, hold them accountable, and obtain justice for victims. Our approach to these horrific cases is always centered on the victims. We encourage anyone who may be a victim or have information about human trafficking to call us. We will continue to surge resources to arrest violent offenders in our community as part of the FBI’s Summer Heat Initiative.” Human trafficking cannot be combatted by one agency alone.
