SOMEONE BUILT A WAY TO SEND FILES BETWEEN TWO PHONES WITH NO WIFI, NO BLUETOOTH AND NO NETWORK AT ALL it works with just a screen flashing qr codes at a camera one device plays an endless stream of animated qr codes, the other one points its camera at the screen and rebuilds the file out of the light no pairing, no app, no shared network, nothing but the camera > its pulling about 129 kb/s, a full 2mb image transfers in seconds > theres no back channel, the receiver can never ask for a missed frame, so it uses fountain codes, every frame is a scrambled mix of the file rather than one piece of it > that means the receiver just collects any frames it can catch in any order, and once it has enough it can reconstruct the whole file > dropping frames costs you a little time but never breaks the transfer > you can point the camera at a stream thats already running and it just locks on mid flight he was building a cached mp3 player because he was sick of ads and bad streaming quality. he wanted a way to send tracks phone to phone without both phones being on the same network, and realized flashing qr codes could carry the data he built the whole working prototype in one night with claude code its open source and already at 375 stars

We wanted to wait until the vet saw Bunsen but on Sunday night he pulled something in his back and had a hard time walking. On Monday he improved, but at times had trouble laying down. Today he is doing much better, no pain walking or laying down. The vet figures it could be a similar thing (slipped disc) that happened in his neck- big dogs and older dogs are at risk for it. With rest it should go away- and it looks like it is. So the big guy is back on light activity.

On AEW Grand Slam Australia: Yes, the merch stand was poorly planned out like last year. Yes, there were empty seats and some fans apparently were moved. Yes, a perhaps unwise choice was made with the booking of the first AEW match on the card IMO. But I'll say this, and you can't feel this through a phone screen, but it was such a fun atmosphere and a fun show for the most part. And my cousin (15), whose first ever live show this was, keeps talking about how cool certain spots and moments were (particularly the ladder match and crowd fighting). They made a fan out of him last night, and I just think that's pretty cool. Sure, it won't move the needle, but we were all that kid falling in love with pro-wrestling once upon a time. It's nice to see the tradition continue. So yeah, it was well done show on an emotional level, and on a wrestling level, if not entirely on a logistical level.

This statement by Morgan Wallen at is Chicago show ruffled the feathers of a lot fans back in Pittsburgh. Wallen was in Chicago playing at Soldier Field where it was raining. He says to the crowd “ I just wanna say that it is raining right now and we gonna’ play through it” and kind of chuckles. Many took that as a slight to Pittsburgh where he canceled his show due to weather concerns but which ended up being a beautiful night there when the concert would have started. Sitting here watching my Cybertruck charge with the mountains of Utah in the background, it hit me again… I really believe this is the most beautiful Tesla ever made. Every angle is different. It looks futuristic without trying too hard, and it fits just as well in the middle of a city as it does surrounded by nature like this. What makes this truck special is so much more than just the stainless steel or design. For me it’s how capable and practical it is. Long road trips, hauling gear, camping, tough weather, and FSD… it feels like THE one vehicle built to do almost everything. I’ve owned and driven many Teslas over the years, and every one has been amazing in their own unique way, but the Cybertruck is the first one that genuinely makes me stop and look back every time I park it. Driving across the U.S. in this beast has only reinforced that feeling. And to me, the Cybertruck is the best vehicle Tesla has ever built.

This is why I fell in love with the fans of Red Star Belgrade (Delije). I have never seen or played in a better atmosphere than this one especially when we play at the Maracana stadium. With Delije away games feels like home games and that pressure to always get the first goal early to trigger the fans can be good or bad sometimes if you don't score early. I love every song I love how both old and young people show their love and support for the team. Red Star is like the Real Madrid of the Balkan region with a lot of history and great traditions. Playing in front of this amazing Fans and how they light up the stadium with their enthusiasm is something special. Zvezda Volime te 🔴⚪️

First look at the TGL indoor golf arena! Are you more or less hyped? I’m starting to get interested, this looks cool. Justin Thomas and Justin Rose provide the tour. The screen is huge and it looks like a legit sports venue. If they can get some lively fans in there, it could be fun. I’m ready for casual night golf if it’s actually competitive. I see these guys caring, they have equity!
